I took my mom there for an early dinner. The food was good. The experience started off pleasant, but took a quick turn. I was pressed for time, and my mother is disabled so sitting in restaurants after a little while gets uncomfortable and tiresome for her. I politely asked the woman at the register if we could get my mom’s order in a to go box, and she responded with such a tone and loud voice that the other occupants could hear. She basically said in a harsh tone that we either take our order to go or sit and eat, and then we can ask for a to-go box. To add to insult she finishes with a smile. My mother who was across the dinning room heard it too. I went back and sat down. I understand that every restaurant has their rules which is okay, but the manner in which you communicate to people is super important.Then, my mom wanted another lemonade. I asked that same woman for another lemonade. To which she responded, “You have to pay for the lemonade. It’s not free. You have to pay, okay.” Just found that rude and odd. My mom even said she is treating us like we are dumb. I know unless if a menu specifically says bottomless or free refills I will have to pay for anything that I order that is extra. I couldn’t even look at her the rest of the time we were there. Just a little tip, your attitude matters. You can make or break the experience someone has. It is something to be watchful of.
Food is always consistently good and the service is fast here! Very friendly staff!
They over charged given me a different menu an automaticly charged a 6 dollar Gratuity tax i thought i was in charge of the tip..... be careful an check your slip people with them...thanks have a nice day
We sat down just for a drink and a waitress didn't come over for 25 mins to take out drink orders. Which I thought was ridiculous seeing it was just a beer and a mixed drink. ?♀️
New Years Eve was crazy so I knew there would be a long wait, Wait wasn't as bad as getting cold food. Why tell a customer it will be an hour then give them cold food? Again, I know it was a crazy night but I have never had cold food from a Chinese place. So strange.
