I was hesitant on ordering pasta from a pizza shop but i really wanred alfredo and let me tell you it was so good and huge.Cobb salad my next new favorite also dont sleep on the italian subs.The people who work here and the owners are fabulous and im super picky i would put them in my top 5 places ill order from in haverhill

I moved to Haverhill a few months ago and when I first moved here I was having awful luck finding good sub shop like places to get takeout. I tried so many places and they just were not it for me. I finally discovered Nellys recently after seeing constant posts on facebook. The first thing i tried was the chicken parm sub which is amazing , unlike other places the cutlet is completely homemade and it’s so easy to eat. Everytime I go I try to try soemthing different, their alfredo pasta is also amazing, as well as their pickle pizza. The workers are always so friendly as well.
Great food, best chicken parm sub but service is slow and not really that friendly and the their sanitary actions are questionable. Saw employees eating in the work area in the front end while waiting over the time frame they told me my order would be ready and let me say it was not busy when I went in. Finally brought my food home, an hour and half later or so and one of the employees who was eating in the work area never cut my pizza, I’m thinking maybe he was too busy stuffing his face and wasn’t paying attention to the customer, as they could see me standing there waiting for a long time, nobody but the owner said sorry for the wait or it’ll be right out. He needs to educate his staff or get new ones…. It’s insane. I try not to give bad reviews but I had to say these things with this place. I called the owner next day but was kinda rushing me off the phone and didn’t seem to care at all about one customers bad reviews. No offer to come back and try something else on the house. Very disappointed with the service and the way they handled it. Not sure if I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
Everything was so delicious, as usual! Meatball subs and Mozzarella sticks so good! the garlic bread/ sub bread you are using these days are very good. Thank you for a great dinner, Nelly's!
Stopped in today while in the area with my client & we were both so happy we did! The food was absolutely delicious! The pizza is to die for with an amazing homemade sauce & a thin crispy crust! ? Matt & Jayla were super friendly making the experience so enjoyable! We will definitely be going out of our way to visit again! Love supporting local businesses!
Hits the spot every friggen time ? The staff are always SO friendly! Food is always delicious and hot. The pizza crust is so light and airy and the speciality pizzas are all so f^*%ing flavorful!
