No one at the counter taking orders or helping anyone for almost 3 mins. All they do is bag, bring to pickup area, call a number or name, drop it and go back for more. It wasn't THAT busy. terrible location or maybe employees and management.

I have been to several mcdonalds for breakfast. I like my food hot and my scrambled eggs not fried.Well Bradford mcdonalds makes Perfect scrambled eggs. They are very clean and very polite and very helpful. I will not go to no other mcdonalds. They know exactly how to prepare the food correctly.Bradford mcdonalds is a A+.
Slow as hell took over 10 minutes in drive thru and food was cold and messily put together

I don’t understand why they have people miserable working in drive-through if you do not like working in food business you shouldn’t be out here just trying to work just to have a job go find a job that makes you happy because seriously the customer service is so poor just like the managers in that store that’s why they always go through new employees all the time and be short staffed they all need training
