Horrible experience. Every single time i go they mess up the order. Staff need more training. How is it that this last experience i order 2 chicken nugget happy meals, and they forget the freaking chicken nuggets on both happy meals. Horrible. Wasn't even busy.
Have been coming here for a wile. Last two months they've been parking everyone for over 5-6 minutes... Dunno if there's a mngt issue. But this is absurd. It's a drive THRU not drive and park
We've had a hard time with McDs since they doubled the price of EVERYTHING. Typical drive thru in haverhill....Dollar menus are GONE.You'd think 2 coffee orders CANT be difficult?!?...cashier ACTUALLY told us @ the next window, the dudes are a MESS...her words..we're like is there a hidden camera?.. well 1 hot & 1 ice coffee became 2 hots?!?...he blamed 1st window...we corrected the order again..then were handed 2 ice coffees, 1 was pure cream?!?...3rd try was 1 cold coffee (not hot) and 1 iced...all for $5, fun times
Despite google maps saying they close at 4am confirmed 6 days ago they were closing at 12:30am, the guy taking orders keept going out to move a wet floor sign up the drive threw. Waste of time after 12 apparently.
There were no employees at all to staff the restaurant the last time I went here. Literally none. There was a line of cars wrapping the building and as each one drove off, I finally got to the window to realize the entire restaurant was empty mid-day and it wasn't even a holiday. Maybe if Mc Donald's paid their workers more they wouldn't have walked out.
Messed up our order twice. When was finally prepared properly the food was so greasy we thew it in the trash.
Came through the drive through they messed up my burger not once not twice but 3 times than after the 4th try they got it right. Waited there for over a half an hour just to get one burger. And on a separate occasion using Uber eats they messed up my burger and forgot my shake. Total let down when it’s late at night and you’re hungry 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Not great. Confused order and it took forever to get it. People who work the drive up should be able to understand English.
It’s ok, but the McDonald’s app did not work, and employees said severe issues with app, and corrected the mistake.If I didn’t notice, I would have not received my discount.
I went in last night and there was only one very ticked off manager working. He was clearly stressed out and angry about the fact that he was by himself and there were a huge line of cars outside. He was freaking out and swearing. He finished his rant by throwing a massive bag of food across the restaurant as a customer complained it wasn’t what they ordered. This place does not have the staffing to be run efficiently let alone at all. I walked out without ordering. If you are looking for a late night snack go elsewhere
