Well this experience was a true dichotomy the food is just the chicken KFC is so delicious scrumptious and the rolls and coleslaw and mashed potatoes it’s so good but the drive-through was just mobbed it was packed and people were circling around on old Honda 350 motorcycle Subarus trying to cut the line cut me off but this was a great experience all those employees should be making double the moneyThey are being paid
The drive thru staff need more training. Order one thing, and the bag they hand out is completely different from what u order. The same person takes the order, and hands it out. You would think they could double check at least.
After waiting patiently at the drive thru for 10 minutes, we were helped by a young girl who took our order. The monitor on the microphone doesn't work so you can't verify that they enter your order correctly. After telling us our total, we realized there was a mistake. We explained that we only wanted one 8 piece and she kept saying there was only 1 even though when she was reading the order back to us she said it twice. Then she said she couldn't fix it until we got up to the window. Fine. We got to the window and she repeated the order and I said that the second item she was listing was incorrect. So she sighed and removed it and very clearly was upset that she had to fix it and that somehow it was our fault. She continued to have that attitude throughout the whole transaction. We got home to have our dinner and the chicken was so dry, they had clearly been under the heat lamps too long. All of the hassle was definitely not worth going there.
He said his name was Mario but he was not wearing a badge so who knows. He said, huh in response to my order. Told me I would have to come in to order what I wanted. Said o would have to come in to speak to a manager as well. I said that would take 30 minutes to get out of line and he said he didn't know what to tell me because they are busy and understaffed.I Finnair get a manager who is able to take my order.I get to the window and he's singing or talking on his blue tooth and hands me the good. He gave me a though instead of a breast. I told him and he huffed at me and rolled his eyes and went and got another piece. I asked for my receipt because I don't feel comfortable with this person and he tells me they don't have any. He gave me ANOTHER even though I paid for the b.reast.. I was irritated with him and just couldn't deal with him anymore so I left it alone.Fast food should not be an event that raises your blood pressure. This kid has no business working a window.
This place needs a real good manager That is a business It is not well taken care of The chicken was dry small pieces I waited for 4 piece chicken Wait too long Plus there was already people in front of me waiting They were not happy I would not go back there again The tables were all dirty Even at the registra They didn't have change The place it's a mess I do not want The place to be close But I would like somebody to really take care of it I don't mean to be A a****** But I do want Make KFC great again
Everyone was so focused on drive-thru that I waited for 10 mins inside and had to ask for someone to take my order. 10 mins later I has to ask where my order was. Another 5 mins passed and then I finally got my food. Finally, thought I was out-of there only to get to the vestibule and be LOCKED IN! Are you serious? They were so busy and severely understaffed they decided to lock the doors but the locks are jammed from the inside so we couldn't get out. I was about to bust the chair thru the window and had my phone out to call 911. IT IS A FIRE VIOLATION TO BLOCK ANY EGRESS AND LOCK PEOPLE IN DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THANKS FOR THE PTSD OF BEING STUCK IN A VESTIBULE!
Went to this location to grab a fast dinner for my family ordered an 8 piece meal and they gave me chicken that was smaller than my hand and it wasn’t even 8 pieces… if your gonna charge so much money for something make sure your putting food in the bucket that amounts to the money being paid never again will I go here super disappointed specially after a re open
Went to Haverhill KFC 8 o'clock tonight Saturday night. Was told closing at 9 and did not have enough chicken for a bucket. WTH online says open until midnight, and even if you have to close at 9 don't you think you need to have enough chicken an hour before closing! Not good!
very unprofessional people all stand outside smoke cigarettes I stood there and watch them go back in none of them wash their hands they hand you delivery orders that aren't even sailed shut and very long wait very unprofessionally ran Kentucky fried Chicken
They should close again the serve time in drive thru takes forever
