So yummy. I have a boss that brings be doughnuts from here once a month. And now I got to get exactly what I wanted. Red velvet a must have so good!

Worst experience through a drive through I've had yet. We had to repeat our order (2 large iced Vanilla Chais with a shot of espresso and almond milk, 3 jelly donuts, one boston cream donut, and a warmed chocolate chip muffin) 5 times. We were questioned by 3 people, one of which being the manager, I assume. They kept saying "you know it's a pre-made drink", and refusing to add it in. They even pretended that our order cut out and had us repeat our order over AGAIN. After all this trouble, they still got our order wrong. They consistently fight amongst each other, question orders, and miss-hear everything that's said. If you like wasting money and time, and being upset about it later, then I highly recommend this place for you.
Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches in the drive thru, not busy only two cars. Gets to window to have to repeat what I just ordered. Waited while they made my order then handed me both sandwicheswhile informing me the first sandwich was the one with the extra cheese (mind you I ordered 1 with extra BACON) so I correct her and say that’s suppose to be extra bacon, not cheese, she then says “haha I meant bacon I’m sorry”. Gets home to a disgusting non toasted bagel with extra cheese. Beyond disappointed. Waste of money.
Friendly staff, bit of a wait for 2 drinks and 3 donuts but everything was good when we got it. Donuts were good and drinks were worth the wait. We got an iced apple latte and a pistachio freeze. I would highly recommend the freeze and will be returning for another one! Relatively clean store and okay prices.

My grandson Lucas, was here at the drive thru collecting money for his Haverhill Travel Basketball Team Saturday and Sunday 11AM-12PM! Great job buddy, and to all the team members that participated in the event.Coffee, muffins and donut holes were delicious!
