Little hard getting in and out but quick service
12 minutes in the drive through to get to the order speaker, then 3 more to the pickup with only 6 cars in front of me when I started!
I never got any of the food that I ordered and was calling their phone with no one answering, that’s bad for business and when I called back at 12 they told me to call tomorrow cause their not in charge of the morning orders !
Everyone at this Dunkin' donuts are very polite very professional very friendly I this is one of Dunkin' donuts I like very much I Frequent this Dunkin Donuts daily & if they weren't good people would service I would not go there plus word of mouth is the fastest way to let friends and family know NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE. HOWEVER I'm GRATEFUL that I Don't say this about this one.??☮??
I am a daily morning customer due to highway convenience. There is one associate there in particular who provides the worst service I have ever experienced. Simple orders always get screwed up at the register (even when I am the only one in the drivethru)! Techonology seems to befuddle this woman. She is always confused and when she is the one making sandwiches it is even worse. Today my sausage, egg, cheese wraps were both cold and not cooked. You state your order at the menu sign as requested and then it must always be explained to her again at the window. This has been going on for years and it is time for me to go out of my way and find another location.

Orders are always right @ drive-thru, good customer service. My dog loves it because she gets a treat.
Black hot coffee is good.The service is always quick and the employees are all very nice. No complaints
Dunkins is a very fun job if you have a great crew of people.
One of the best DDs in Fall River. The service is fast....not always true at DD.
