It's my definition of flavorful coffee. Every day I have to enjoy a medium iced caramel latte. The quality is good and they make the beverage just the way you want it. It's a coffee lovers paradise.
They do their best they are usually short staffed. I usually get a sandwich with no egg and frequently it's on it. Always friendly.
Pretty quick and decent service. Dispenser was out of napkins, other than that, clean and positive experience.
For the amount of traffic thislkcation gets its unbelievable how quickly the line moves. Great service always get the order correct.
This is for the one on Lincoln Ave, Haverhill MA and it is the worst Dunkin's on the North Shore. They never get order right and the service is ? slow, slower, slowest. I asked why is my order always wrong and was told it's a training store & it shows :(
Orders are always wrong, bad quality, bad costumer servers, coolatta’s are always watered down, donuts are bad, stuffed mini bagels comes frozen, hair in food, disgusting!

I have a food allergy made staff aware they still made my food wrong. Had a horrible attitude when I asked them to remake. Still didn't listen and made my food wrong. I feel like they just took my money and didn't care if my food was even edible. Horrible horrible horrible service. And unfortunately no one from Dunkin Donuts even cares. I don't think I'll ever go to another DD ever!
Surprisingly, one of the best places around to get a chai latte. Don't know who does them, but whoever it is, keep it up my dude.
