Was told half hour called hour later man answered very nonchalant called back fifteen minutes later cancelledCorner of main and winter shouldn’t take an hour to make a pizza and bring it to Lafayette square ?
I ordered at 10 pm and by 11pm I had to call and was told my order was out for delivery. I called 2 times to let them know the delivery hadn't arrived I was told there was only one driver for the night and should be arriving shortly. Well 12am I called to cancel and then they proceeded to say they were making the pizzas and the oders as they went and mines was at the top they can still have the driver bring it to me. Um nooo you could of said this from the beginning.
I always order from here and the food is good but today my order is taking way longer to get here and when I call them to ask about my order it’s a robot that answers so can’t really say anything.
Aw man...God bless these workers and help them find better jobs, because this location is incapable of making pizzas and getting them to customers.This is our 3rd time ordering pizzas from this Domino's and we've never once gotten them. We try every 6 months or so, with dreams of late night pizzas and the ease of online ordering....twice a year, we are left baffled, without pizza, and out of luck for food that night. We think surely this time Domino's, the national pizza chain, can pull it together and do the simple task they exist to do.You place the order...you wait an hour...hour 15....you call and they say, You thought your pizza was coming? Hubris! 45 more min. But your pizza has been cooked for an hour. You don't want old pizza.They say it's a shortage of delivery drivers that's messing everything up...but I think it's more than that.I think there is a great chasm that opens up over the Merrimack that swallows them up and sends them to the Upside Down. Or a Kraken reaches out of the water and drags them under.I guess it could be that they pay their delivery drivers badly and no one wants to work for them.Basically....if you want a pizza delivered hot...or cold...or at all...don't order from this Domino's. It's not going to happen for you, dog. You will want it to happen but the pizza isn't coming. Unless maybe you wait by the bridge and snag the pizza before the Kraken does.
Pizza was ready on time. The staff was attentive. But the toppings were a bit skimpy.
Sydney your an amazing worker you were very patient and made sure that all my needs were met and I walked out of Domino's a happy customer I look forward to coming back in and seeing your smiling face
Pizza was all over the top of the boxes , cinnamon twists were all stuck together undercooked as well . Followed up with dominos was offered a medium pizza in reward points redeemable in 48 hours . Not usually one to take the time to write reviews but 35$ and that’s the response. Spend your money on a family owned business
after hours of waiting i received my pizza cold but not only that it was sitting for a while which means when i even tried to pull it apart it would be like ripping card board apart . this is unacceptable i live also 2 blocks away and can’t bother to drive there so i pay extra to get it delivered couple blocks away LITTERLY! and my order is still late ! and then they have the audacity to ask for a tip … like are you serious. but what did it most was when i call to just tell them how messed up my food was and they do nothing about other than mess up my food again on the next order ! please have new management soon ! this was my childhood place to eat a simple pizza now it’s a nightmare . thank you and hope this gets fixed . Carlos martinez and want to say to the guy Bob in there as management you should really start to enjoy your job more maybe the pizzas would taste little better pal.
The Brooklyn style pizza, along with the deep dish and the chicken Alfredo bread bowls are absolutely awesome. Domino's has really done a nice job improving their menu and the coupons and quality of food make it worthwhile.
well first of all the manager was nice when i went in to clear up their mess....i ordered lg ham pizza and stuffed cheesy bread was cold as ice with burnt cheese...and the pizza well when i got it from the delivery boy my box was crushed and open looked like someone sat on it ..and he still asked me how much i was gonna give hom for a tip ..hahah not....i live on the opposite end of main st from dominoes he left the store at 909..arrived at my home at 938...dropped my soda on the ground ..and he was coming from nh...i.told.him dominoes is right down the street takes 5 mins to get to my house ..he was near brandy brows in new Hampshire...i was tracking him.. .i.told him to call dominoes he got a lil upset called twice and said they are not answering ..i said ur not leaving till i talk to a manager...which mind you first try and they answered me...funny guy...he said.ill bring the reciept back to the store and call you...ummm no....point being...i had to go pick up my food ...the manager was cool and i didnt get charged ...so high five to the mananger ...but the deliver boy Jean....is a no no....and whoever ( sydney ) the quality checker...do a better job.....and no i do not recommend dominoes
