We have a large family of 6 so when we drive through BK it’s always a large order so we don’t mind being asked to pull over and wait, However at this BK every time our order is wrong or has things missing. Our last order have all the fries/onion rings missing and 8 double cheeseburgers were single cheese burgers. When you try to call to complain no one will answer the phone. We can get better service from all the other fast food places on that same street and there are plenty. We will avoid this BK at all cost. Nothing great about the food or prices.
I went to Burger King to get three Ice creams in cups and they charged me $4.50 for three which I find to be fair priced. I went to McDonald's and for two ice creams in cups they wanted $6.83. For two regular ice creams they get $4.69 cents. No difference except for price!
Waited over 20 minutes for an order. A simple pair of Whoppers with no bun. They screwed up the order multiple times. No apology, no comp offer, nothing. Got money back and left.
Mediocre fast food compared to Wendy's or McDonald's. Only time I like to there to eat is when they had buy get another single stack bacon king for 1-2 bucks promotion. Otherwise not worth the money for how middle of road the quality of the overall menu/fast food made at this establishment. I can understand why they dropped to 3rd place in overall standings for fast-food. It definitely needs an overhaul and change to survive honestly.
Sat in a 3 car line for nearly 15 minutes and then received a room temp burger. You know, the usual with BK. Never customers inside and for some phantom reason they just can't operate faster tgan freezing water.
Please check the sprite powder or whatever u guys use to fill it up. I just purchased one and it taste like half water.
Line was long when I arrived. Sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting. Seems like they only have 2 people working there. I don't think you can go anywhere anymore where your order is actually ready when you get up to the window. So much for fast food!
Went to go there for lunch, but drive through only. My vehicle would not fit through, so that's the reason for one star.
Heard your bacon burritos were good. First time I come through your drive-through I asked for two. I get home and I have two sausage burritos. Tell the knuckleheads that take the orders to listen to people when they give the order. I will never come here again. Goodbye
Says you close at 2 am I come at 11 and its closed. I wasted my time and gas because you guys can't close properly or on the time that you advertise. Change your times!!
