I have only been to their place in Lawrence and it was excellent.
My husband had to be out of town for Mother’s Day, but he wanted to still surprise me with breakfast. He knows I love their coffee and ordered me and our kids breakfast via grub hub. Grub Hub was having technical difficulties and through no fault of Battle Grounds the order got broken up and 1/2 the order was missing. The kind owners saved the day by delivering the breakfast sandwiches personally and even added in a gift card for a future visit. Above and beyond. The extra care and personal touch set off this atypical Mother’s Day off to a heartwarming start! And as always, everything was delicious!

This coffee shop is amazing the decor is awesome and when I walked in I was greeted by a young lady with glasses and short black hair she greeted me with a smile and gave me some good recommendations. She was also explaining to me that this coffee shop is veteran owned by a navy seal vet and his wife and that they have 3 locations total. I didn’t get her name but she was very pleasant. Customer service is far to come by these days. And this young lady went above and beyond
Today was my first experience with trying their coffee and food. I was a fan. The tost and the coffee tasted good. Inside was clean and everyone seemed rather friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Great coffee shop with some hot breakfast and lunch options. Delicious pastries and other snacks too. I got a bagel sandwich with eggs, tomato, bacon, avocado and cheese. Other people I was with had coffees, pastries and sandwiches. Great place to grab something quick to-go, but they also have plenty of space to dine in and chat or bring a laptop. The decor is hip.
