Not to happy with the last take out order we got from here on Saturday. A meal was missing we called and I was not going back living 20 mins away. So they said they would credit my account, they never did, I had to call today because I never saw the credit. So make sure you check if they say they will issue you a credit. It's not right to have to wait 4 days and to have to call for something that should of been done that night when they say they were going too.
Still decent but.My go too on the menu have been changed and the chicken fingers hsve been overcooked the last two visits.We will still go back just not as often.
First time i eat here and i loved it. My waitress was great and very helpful with the menu.Thank you.
Our seating at first was cramp, my son asked for a larger booth and our waitress was very accommodating, she kept our drinks filled and checked on us just enough not too much. The food is still not great, and whats up with no bake potatoes available during the week? The easiest things to make! We had sirloin tips smothered (Xtra cost now) mash and I had asparagus if you want to call the small thin raggy things that, hold the sauce its horrible. Tips were ok some tasted like hamburg cramed together, but they were better than before. My son had chicken parm, afterwards he asked me to remind him not order that ever again, he doesn't know what they use for chicken, but that just wasn't good. Waitress was A+ excellent, Food C+, price C ( we had gift cards so at least we didn't have to pay the full $78. Or so.
Food was good but the bartender was more interested in chatting with the regulars than making our drink. When we paid, they gave us change that forced us to leave more than a good tip. We had already waited long enough for our change, we had no interest in waiting any longer.
food is yummy and service was great.
The bartender with the beard was obnoxious. I thought he was a patron. Sitting at the bar on his phone eating chicken wings. When he got up and asked us what we wanted I realized it was the bartender. Potato skins and buffalo chicken was good. My wife liked the onion soup. the atmosphere seemed like a party scene. I would go to a club if i wanted that not a restaurant.
Service staff made it feel like a visit to extended family you loveFood was well cooked and tasted great!. Clean!Veggie portions little on skimp side other than that amazing
The waitress/bartender was very nice and cool. A real down to earth woman and that is what will bring people like me back there
I live about 2 mins down the st so I order here quite a bit and lately I wasn’t as impressed as I’d like to be.. but tonight, dinner came fast, packed well, cooked right, they included well enough utensils (which took me a while to figure out u have to specifically order them from the menu) my.sons kids plate came with more than 2 tiny tenders this time, thanks 99’s I’ll be ordering again soon
