Amazing blueberry pancakes! My boyfriend got rye, linguica and eggs. He said it was the best he’d ever had!
It's sad I have to write a 2 star review because the food is phenomenal but I have ordered a simple omelette with cheese, onions, and peppers and both times they just gave me a cheese omelette and that is such a simple request it really erks me. Also one of the waitress charged my $20 order for $100 and she almost did it again today. It's just really bad service if you ask me.
We stopped by to get a quick breakfast and coffee this morning, we ended up having a two course breakfast, and oh my, it's so good! I had omelet loaded with viggies, and the ingredients were super fresh. I needed to take a call, and come back, and the reheated my food with enthusiasm! The french toast is great too! The ladies here are nice, and I felt very welcome. I would love to try the other menu items in the near future.. I am definitely coming back..
Small little breakfast spot. Food was pretty good overall. Clearly a place locals would love, but being from out of town we got somewhat rude service. There were some issues with supply on their end so we ended up having to change several of our orders. We all were understanding but all of this stressed the waitress out, which is understandable, but no part on our fault since the food we requested was no longer available, but her attitude and blame on us created a weird environment. I think worst of all my party could hear her speaking ill of us while in the kitchen.
Well 1st of all...impressive Halloween decor...the food was delicious...I had a schooner omelet and pistachio toast...so good!!! Coffee was amazing...literally altered my mind...I was so tired when I walked in...staff were so friendly..when I ever make it back I will definitely eat there again??
Affordable diner experience with a few nice twists
Breakfast was delicious! Chocolate chip pancakes were a hit. Egg white omelet presentation and taste was excellent too!
Excellent home made food and very friendly staff!
Friendly, small cafe with great service and phenomenal breakfast choices. The best waffles we have ever eaten. Regional sausage, homemade pistachio and Portuguese sweet bread. Fairly priced.
Cozy cafe with a home town feel. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining area and the bathroom seemed clean and well taken care of. They were gracious enough to put together a fruit bowl for me with fresh apples and orange slices, in addition to a lovely bowl of yogurt with granola, fresh blueberries and bananas. It was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. Even though I seldom enjoy diner coffee, the coffee was actually good and served in an appropriate, hefty diner mug. There was a friendly crowd of locals there, and we all know locals don't frequent a place unless the food is good and reasonably priced, and the service friendly. Altogether a very nice experience for breakfast before my whale watching tour.
