I must say that this place has it all! The food was delicious, and the moment we walked in we were welcomed like we were family!! The Servers all had big smiles on their faces as well, which in some restaurants, doesn't happen! The owner, Doug, welcomed us all as well, and he made sure all of us were happy with everything! We had a server on Friday night, named Kate, and she served all 11 of us, which took a lot of patience, which she had! She was very sweet! Tonight we returned, but just myself and Hubby, and enjoyed steamed clams and delicious Prime Rib, and had an outstanding server, by the name of Jordan! He was always checking on us, was so very friendly and personable! I would suggest this to anyone because it is not only the food, it is the people who work there as well that makes it worth the trip!
We had a very nice lunch. The outdoor seating was all filled up but plenty of seats inside.There is a parking lot for the restaurant. The kids were happy with the kids menu (but does not come with any fruit or vegetables).The fish was very fresh! Our server Zuri was great. Will definitely come back again - forgot to order the mussels so will have to try those next time!
Came here after trying a few other perhaps more 'upmarket' looking places, and really, we were so glad we did. Other places were not especially friendly and required joining a long queue. Here, we just walked in, and were greeted and welcomed. The service is professional but also very friendly. The food was excellent. Catering to a food intolerance was absolutely no problem, and we were free to stay and linger as long as we wanted. The lobster roll was one of the best I've had (and I had quite a few.....!). Good value too. Our server was Steve... hats off to you. I wish all servers were like Steve.

Jordan brought us scallops wrapped in bacon as an appetizer and their hearty chicken pot pie entree as well as a loaf of honey wheat bread. Everything was absolutely delicious, and Jordan frequently checked in to see how we were doing. This restaurant is very refreshing and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
Foor was excellent and service was friendly, real nice hometown cooking. small bar upstairs and outside seating available. Across the street from the intel you can see the ocean.
Our party of 5 was satisfied with the food offerings and quality. Decent portions and variety of options. Service was prompt and excellent.Handicap warning: front entrance for dining, side entrance for bar/pub. Bathrooms are upstairs in the pub.I would return again.
Nice small place walking distance from Beauport hotel. Had a burger, wife had chicken pot pie, both very good.Waitress was very nice. Next visit to Gloucester, we would consider going back.
Shawna was great and the food was awesome! The atmosphere was calm and the service was great! The bar area is very nice.
We visited the Topside yesterday on just seeing in along the road. What a great find! Jordan was are server and he was great, went with some of his suggested and he didn't steer us wrong. The food was great as was the service. I definitely recommend this place! We will be back!
