I'm soon receiving some fresh clams from The Fresh Lobster Company for my birthday, the fourth year in a row. I can't say enough about the quality. not only the frying clams which are phenomenal, but also all the other kinds of seafood I have tried from the site. I come from Boston and I know the difference between just okay New England seafood, and the best. This is the best, highly recommended.

To whom this may concern,I just wanted to say that the delivery to my father in law In Pennsylvania for the 30th was a wonderful success. He and my mother in law truly enjoyed the lobster and shrimp that was delivered. The portions served them over 3 days and each time they ate from it the called / texted to say how happy and grateful they were.They used to live in Maine and would eat that frequently and due to their advanced age and limited income have not been able to enjoy such a meal in many years.My wife and I were extremely happy to have found your business and appreciate the service you offer. I was born and raised in New England. I grew up on the shore fresh seafood was always on our dinner menu. Well I ended up the past 16 years in Oklahoma. I have craved whole belly fried clams for years. After searching the internet I chose the fresh lobster company to order the clams I so craved. I already new how to properly cook them at home,pretty easy.Well from start to finish I received 5 star service! The order arrived on time, the packaging was perfect. The clams were still fully frozen. I put one pint in refrigerator to thaw for 2 days. Clams were fresh and exactly like I remembered! With great excitement I prepared and cooked these beautiful whole belly clams. It happened to be a Saturday so I sat watching college football and savored every clam!!! Another plus was my wife and friends are all from Oklahoma so I didn't have to share! LOL. From ordering to shipping to quality of product The Fresh Lobster company was outstanding. I highly recommend doing business with them!! I will be ordering more soon!!!
I ordered lobster dinner and a couple of accessories for a friend who had never cooked lobster. The on line ordering process was easy! After ordering I realized that the delivery date needed to be changed... all it took was a phone call to The Fresh Lobster Company and the delivery date was changed. It too, was easy. I was advised I would get an email when the lobsters were shipped and I could track the delivery by FedEx. Sure enough, at approximately 6 PM the night before the scheduled delivery, the email arrived. In literally 21 hours, the order was shipped and arrived in Virginia! The recipient told me that the packaging was nice and even included confetti!! He was so impressed that he said it made a really nice gift! Thank you Fresh Lobster Company for an excellent experience and high quality products. I give you 5 stars!!!!!
