Obviously great coffee but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about the quality/taste of their breakfast sandwiches!
Randomly closed during business hours no explanation and several workers inside walking around pointing to a sign and being rude with a coffee in their hands. Many upset patrons. Not the usual for Starbucks hope they fix this one seeing as I frequent these locations and they are rather expensive.
Starbucks is regarded as the pinnacle of coffee in the United States, it’s name brand, so when I come to Starbucks I expect name brand quality and service. The fact that half the menu their “out of” is absolutely ridiculous. I give 1 star due the fact that a multi million dollar business is out of almost everything.
Coffee and food is as consistent as you’d expect, but service is far too slow. Waited for egg bites for almost a half hour. One star is to help bring the average down, you'll get faster service at another location.
Need to focus more on maintaining hygiene standards. There are hairs in my drink.
Constantly disappointed with this location. Sub par drinks and service. I went to redeem my birthday reward expecting a free drink until I was told by the barista that I needed 150 stars for it (which I thought was strange, but Starbucks is always changing their policies). I specifically told them I wanted to use my birthday reward while ordering and at checkout and still ended up paying for the drink. Checked online and found out that they didn’t change anything at all about the policy. Left with a drink full of ice. Not coming here anytime soon.
It's a Starbucks in a location without anything else. But the place is always closed for some reason or the other. The problem is that it seems totally random, one day until 6 pm, the next 4 pm. We have wasted so much time going through the drive-thru with a note saying "Closed for...... some reason". It's super annoying' When they are open they are a fine Starbucks.
Overpriced ! Will never return or recommend again!
Coffee from Starbucks tastes like water compared to what I get from Lone Gull.Lone Gull is also cheaper. Buy local!
Place always has a problem. Either the cafe is closed and its drive through only or its drive through closed and cafe open only, they never have order ahead available, Gloucester starbucks has alot of work to do.
