Owner Linda and Mike are horrible. They take your money and don’t care that the food I got was burnt and the wrong order. I called asked to speaker to manager and was told nothing they could do when I spoke to Linda. She was rude and arrogant and said she made the pizza herself. Well then you shouldn’t be. I spoke to friends in the area and they all said the same thing. The food was not worth the 100 I paid. I went here because I’ve always loved it when I was in town. Disgusting, soggy and burnt is what I got. So I called again and spoke with Mike and was told nothing he could do and to call back and speak to Linda. Well I’ve gotten no where with either of them. If I could give a 0 I would. This is not the same place but if we were from the town and were friends I’m sure we would have gotten better food. This place has gone to the gutter since they have taken over. I thought the first time I ordered a few months back was just a fluke well I was wrong. This time the wrong order and it being burnt was unacceptable. I hope no one else goes to this place I’ve told all my friends how it was and recommended that they go some place else. So after spending 100 I went to another pizza place Firing Up and they gave me a fabulous pizza and we’re shocked with what I told them about this place. So Linda and Mike screw you for stealing my money and doing nothing about it to me just a greedy owner.
I have been eating this pizza for over fifty years. It is simply the absolute best. I have never has a bad experience and it is known as the best pizza in Gloucester. A sweet sauce and an excellent thin crust option. The succession of new owners over the decades have all kept true to Busty’s original recipe…it stands the test of time! It makes me hungry just writing about it!
Pizza took an hour and twenty minutes to deliver but the pizza was good. I'd recommend picking it up yourself or eating there if you're hungry.
Great little pizza place. I had a pepperoni onion garlic and artichoke pizza and it was fabulous and ready in 30 minutes.
