Bread is out of this world same as the sandwiches. Staff is friendly and always helpful.

Best subs in Massachusetts! Delicious fresh baked bread! Delicious imported deli meats make the best sub! My only issue is since the new owners took over they bumped up the price and that doesn't fly by me. The price has been fine all these years and was reasonable and the new owners are getting greedy.
Bought some lobster tails, chocolate and cream filled cornetti, pistachio cookies (these were so yum!), and a ricotta pie (this humble, delicious little pie blew my mind away). ❤️ Will definitely be back to buy more stuff next Saturday. Friendly folks as well. ❤️

We visit Gloucester twice a year and always look forward to visiting Cafe Sicilia. We can't say enough about how delicious and fresh the pastries are. We order the casatina ahead of time to bring home with us❤️?

Just happened to pass by this bakery/deli on one of my seaglass excursions and OMG am so glad I did! Bar none, one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had!!!! Definitely will make it my go to when I visit again!!!
