Had lunch today Sat outside and the food was excellent and the server was friendly and attentive Prices are really reasonable We will be back
Very good food and service!
The fried fish plate was very good, although enormous and expensive. Everything containing vegetables was middling to bad. The fried cauliflower appetizer was a mess: way too large pieces of undercooked cauliflower the breading fell off of. And the watermelon salad was so overdressed with sweet dressing it made me a little sick to my stomach. Nice harbor view but I am wouldn't spend over a hundred dollars on lunch for two here again.
My husband is at a short-term rehab in Gloucester. We live 3 hours away. I have been trying to order seafood dinners to supplement the "institutional" food he is getting. After several visits to websites and phone calls to local places that advertised "delivery", I found Minglewood Harborside. I was able to order online with ease and the order was delivered in under an hour. Not only was the service impeccable, but the food was wonderful according my husband who is a very good chef and very discerning. And the portions were huge. He will be getting not only dinner today, but lunch and dinner tomorrow from our one order. I will be ordering many times again until he is ready to come home.

The hummus and the naan bread was very good. I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of green beans instead of fries. the pork was tasteless and the green beans were not very good. They brought the entrees out way too quickly after we received our apps. I had a glass of Cabernet which I didn't even drink half of it. Just wasn't very good overall my husband kept apologizing for suggesting this restaurant. And please put paper towels in the ladies room
The service was FAST! We were looking to hang out for a while (which we were still able to do) and we expected the food too come out normally, but we had our appetizer (Asian calamari - YES!) in front of us in no time. Same with our meals.The food was quite tasty and well made. I wish we had time to stay for the live band. I bet the place is even more hoping in the summer!
Sashimi wasn't prepared right with fat next to skin left on, tuna had freezerburn and wasn't fresh! Dry sashimi! Tacos were is double shells as soggy and luke warm.Very pricey for far below average food and it was also cold inside.Service and beer were good though
My friends in W Gloucester took me this restaurant and I loved the food, bar setup and it was a perfect place for sports lovers as they had multiple TVs.My favourite was the seafood platter and it was so fresh and crunchy!! Most of the tables have a good view of the sea and they’ve patio during Summer.
I went to Minglewood Harborside for the first time last night to see one of my favorite local bands Kaleidoscope. As soon as I walked in the door, I was amazed by the decor, whomever designed the space was incredible talented. The food and service were amazing, highly recommend and I cannot wait for Summer as this place is right on the water.
