1 out of 3 times the chicken tenders were over cooked and dry to the point they were not chewable.No biggie. Doo doo happens. Went back to exchange for something edible and was interogated by no less than 3 employees making me feel I'm trying to pull a $9 scam on the business. Demeaning. Once the third employee literally started digging his fingers into the chicken fingers to prove "they're not dry" (Lol) I politely asked him to shove em... and left. Excellent customer service knuckle heads. Never returning.
Been going here since they opened. Not a happy fan today. Got a pizza and Jr beef -which were fine, but the small order of fried portobellos were not up to snuff. Usually they are big crosscut slices breaded and fried to a golden brown. This is different from most places that just have small mushrooms. One of the reasons to order them here is because they are big and juicy. We'll not today. I wouldn't even have considered serving this to someone. I know the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses, but their has to be a standard maintained. Save your money or check your food before you leave. It will be awhile till I come back here...
Pretty good food all around. It's stuff made fast, and to go. Things can get a bit greasy, but it's not overly expensive, it's hot, and it's reliable and tasty takeout. You get what you expect when you order here, and you get it fast. Is it the finest cuisine in the world? No. Is it worth the money for the convenience? Absolutely. Place an order, you'll be pleased and pleasantly full.
Ordered the food while shopping a homegoods and then walked over to firing up pizza. The food was done in less than 10 min. They are super quick, and the food was superb.
The steak tip chicken combo was HORRIBLE! Chicken was dry, steak tips salty. Barely any lettuce or veggies in the salad. The only good thing was the cherry tomatoes.
Don't go here for the pizza. Go for the roast beef. Pizza is not a brick oven but a roller flame oven like burger king has. Pizza is OK. Roast beef is off the chain.
we order from this place amost every day for lunch and over my experiences ! The quality of the food is so much higher than the quality you a seem to expect from a regular sub shop! But firing up is definitely not your typical sub shop it's more of a higher and higher class type of eatery if you're will! Food arrived cold an ran my card 3 times for the same order!!! $125 for $40 order hope it was jus an error!! Closed till Monday change my review once they open again.. If the review needs changed, they can't help the food arriving cold now..
Good pizza! One of the few places you can get sweet sauce on it.
