I am only giving a 3 star rating because anytime we have been here before it was ok, but this last time was a disaster. Everthing was made wrong, we were missing items, had doubles of other sandwiches, etc... Will still be going here hoping for something different.
I’ve been going to the ones at Walgreens for years because it’s easier access from my house and like the last year or year and a half the ice coffee I’ve gotten has been bitter and disgusting. I either drink it regretfully afterwards or end is tossing it. Whatever the problem is poor cleaning practices or not changing filters fix the problem it’s disgusting.

Guy who works there never is shocked when I ask for my extra large 12 an 12 an throw in saying my diabetes in a cup ? he always makes it perfect always hope he there during days I go in early! Nothing better to start your day with a perfect cup of coffee
Went 2 times and both times there was a huge line. Overall decent service though.

Someone should report the owner Paula Braga to for wage theft since she forces the employee too claim tips just to take it away on your paycheck. That's Definitely an illegal practice "FLSA" Stay away from all Dunks she owns in Gloucester and in Rockport!!

How come Everytime I get the kid Steve I order avocado toast with bacon and he has a hard time putting the bacon on it I pay 458 for it I should get what I want I don't have a car to bring it back some people tell me to check it out be4 I leave the place but I don't know why I should have to
