I cannot believe this is what was delivered to my son today. When he called the store, he was told they would not refund him.
I was hoping when it opened back up awhile ago after being under construction way too long that it would actually have more competent workers, but it really doesn’t. I’m not going to blame everything on the workers because it’s a stressful environment and not an easy job and I understand that.My issue is that something is always going wrong from delivering the wrong order, not following delivery instructions, food not ready for pickup, and quality of food; some of which include pizza not being cut, burnt food, very inconsistent with how the pizza is made. I remember one of many pizzas having almost no cheese on it I ordered for my kids.It all happens too frequently and something really needs to be done about it.
The wrost pizza i could of got. The pizza taste like it was an old daugh. The pizza was not even cut all the way through, even I used a pizza cutter it was like cutting a cardboard box. They really need do better training, they are going downhill. I don't recommend ordering from here.very disappointed customer

It’s nice to have a local pizza ? place that stay open late but you must beware of your order or else you’ll pay a premium. it seem like the place charge you base on your IQ and they don’t hesitate to do so for example large pizza with 5 toppings my teenage soon order was around $25 with delivery if I order the same exact pizza it would only cost me $9.99 this wasn’t the first time it happened to us and sure won’t be the last It happen with my nephew while he was visiting Us and today it happened with my daughter. So I finally ask some questions like why so much?how much for the large pizza ?and the female staff was pretty rude about it when I told her that the pizza was supposed to be 9.99 she then replied it just business and that we must mention the supposed coupon in order to get the deal but she said it in rude tone. It’s kind of like a license to steal from those thatdidn’t know about the deal. It’s just sad that they conduct their business this way. So please mention the year round coupon if you don’t want to get work up and write a similar review like this. I’m not proud to spread negative things about a place but I just want everyone to be aware of this before placing an order.

The food is good but the delivery takes awhile, to be fair I live across the bridge in west Gloucester but it has taken hours to get my food after it has left the shop. They never got my order wrong though.
I can not say enough about the Management at the Gloucester site. Like every restaurant in town, they are struggling with lack of staff. Mari the Manager has make a goal to be positive and to do her best to make the employees there a family. She is inspiring. Garlic knots and garlic crust are to die for!
With all the great pizza in Gloucester, why would you order from a chain like Domino's? Well, a friend recommended it so a group of us gave it a try. First off we were unable to get through on the phone after numerous tries. you get a recording that never ends. Resorted to ordering online (only had a cell phone). Menu very difficult to navigate. No descriptions of the pizzas and what ingredients they have. There are too many choices and you have no idea which sauce to get. Took a chance, got 3 large 14" pies. We picked up rather than wait for delivery on this busy Friday night. The pizzas were dry, did not have enough sauce, cheese or toppings. Upon arrival there were 4 or 5 employees standing around but no one greeted me or noticed I had walked in. No one was on the phone, didn't even see a phone. There are only 2 salads available and both are pre-packaged off-site and encased in plastic, with each thing in a separate little plastic bin. The Caesar has chicken. You can't get it without. Disappointing....will not be going back.
Ordered a large pizza with mushrooms onions peppers sausage get this there was very little toppings on it and no cheese just bread a few toppings I will not go there again hello Sebastian we will be there for now on domino sucks
