Update: New owners, but staff, quality, and service has remained the same.Great North Shore sub shop with lots of hot options too. Homemade meatball sub is a favorite in my house. Also a plus if you eat there, sides like pasta salad, potato salad, and coleslaw are free! Reasonable prices and at night the large subs are charged as small.Only negative is more a regional complaint about diced toppings such as tomato and pickle that is common to other shops as well.
If you don't get a chicken finger cheese steak with extra cheese AND the pasta salad, you've missed out. NO PLACE makes a cheese steak as good as Destino's.
Cutting corners since they are under new ownership. Steak sub not edible due to gristle and grease. No where near as good as it used to be.
Very cute sandwich counter with satisfying food. They feed you well with their concise menu. Loved the salad bar and kale soup with my haddock sandwich. They dont make you choose between fries or onion rings and offer both with their sandwiches.
Delicious pepper steak, hamburger sub, sausage and pepper sub and so much more! A win for anytime of year. Just wish for 2 things:a better parking sitch and in-house delivery. The most disgusting turkey sub I have ever had in my life! Why TF was it sweat? The bread they used for the sub was dry and obviously just cheap store bought bread. Honestly go to Sclafani's Italian Bakery they make fresh delicious bread and have delicious imported meats at their deli best sub in Massachusetts!
The cheesesteak subs are one small reason for living!
