We like subway but the online presence is garbage and a mega turnoff. We cant even get into the site much less place an order. just can’t be done. This is supremely stupid. Going into stores during covid is dangerous for some of us and we depend on decent websites. With all their profits subway cant even put together a decent website???? Its never been good but for the last year its been really awful. Embarrassing.I just read the new stroke of genius is offering sandwiches that can’t be customized. So the customer gets what they get. No thanks.SUBWAY YOU ARE A MESS! We tried to order online tonight and gave up. Again. This keeps happening. You’re killing your business and I’ll bet your franchises with this lousy business model.
They skimp on meat. For a footlong I barely got 75% meat of what I usually get
Staff is always very friendly and professional. Service is excellent! I love their tuna subs!
My partner went here to order us subs. I gave him a list of what I wanted on mine. For sauce I wanted honey mustard and guacamole. The women making the sub put buffalo sauce on it and when he told her it wasn’t buffalo sauce and he needed it with honey mustard she refused to remake the grinder. This is horrible customer service and I’m really disappointed I used to go there all the time to grab lunch for coworkers and now I just won’t be going back. My advice do better you messed up own up to it and remake the sub.
Stay away from this Subway !!Not sure why worker/owner carry such an attitude to customers. Somebody have to remind them, we pay for food.Wakeup. If not, you will soon go out of business...
Steak was dry asked for melted cheese on Don’t melt probably and just wrapped my sub.
Disappointing.I didn’t ask for my sandwich to be toasted and it was. I don’t normally have a problem before with my orders but today 2 of my sandwiches were not made as I had ordered.
A days ago I went to this place and I ordered oven chicken roasted sandwich, one hour a half later I threw up about three times and I had a headche,fever and it gave me dizziness , employee don’t wash it hand or don’t wear hair hats either. I will never eat in this place again!
worker said they were closed although the door was open. Noticed sign was off. And I walked in before 7 which the site says they’re closes at 9pm but they closed early.I’ll just take my business somewhere else from now on.
Three times I’ve tried to go DURING their buisness hours and every time they’ve just been inside with the doors locked. They have so much attitude when you’re trying to order and just choose when they don’t wanna serve people and just lock the door. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
