Okay, so the food is really good, however, the service is sub-par. It is almost an entirely take out business, but every time I have gone to pick up my order, it takes a noticeably long time for anyone to come out from the kitchen. Their business hours are all over the place. Sometimes they are randomly closed for no reason. They really need to be better about keeping their hours up to date. I wish I could give a better review, because honestly I think it's the best Indian food in the area, and there is a lot of competition.

Service was awful rang the bell, and called out to them they were in the back the responded to me but never came out these place is so bad I would rather go dumpster diving for food.

Service was not spectacular. It is an alright place for a snack maybe. I have not had the opportunity to try their offerings exhaustively.

I give them a one star for wasting my time. And gas. They said they were open. And when I got there they were closed. This is 5 Pm on a Saturday night. Who does that? I can understand if Monday and they close early cuz no business or Tuesday. So we ended up in Nawabi up the street which was decent. But pricey for what it was.

NEGATIVE STARS!! ORDER AHEAD ONLINE. WENT TO PICK UP AND GUY AT COUNTER SAID SOMEONE ALREADY PICKED UP MY SCHEDULED ORDER. LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND NOW HAVE TO WAIT 5 DAYS FOR REFUND ON CC. NOT WORTH IT. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

Very unprofessional , make customer wait for long and no one give proper response . It’s frustrating .

They have two employees. When you walk in, you have to ring the bell on the counter for someone to come to the front. You can order an individual meal for under $20 and this includes the drink. They sell lamb, goat, chicken, and fish meals. The food is good. They even cater. Even though you're eating in, they bring the food to you in to go containers with a paper plate and plastic eating utensils. They had multiple drinks listed on the menu, but they only had ginger ale. While you're waiting for your meal to be prepared, they bring ice water to your table and it is refreshing. There's nothing fancy about this place, but it is clean and the food is good and the staff is accomodating.

I'm pretty satisfied. They gave me large portions for my chicken tikka masala and the rice was really good and well cooked. I will be coming here again for sure.

Would surely recommend trying this place. Awesome ambience, flavorful food, awesome service. Kudos.

Brilliant food here. Although our order took awhile to come out of the kitchen, it came right from the hands of a master chef/owner. The flavors were real, complex, care-filled. Our (vegetarian) pakoras were crisp and light, and each (vegetarian) entree each elicited its own unique own chorus of WOWS. We can't wait for next time. Bravo, Punjabi Grill!
