I generally like Panera cause the food is good but this location is not good. Every single time I order ahead, after 10 minutes past my food should be ready, I always have to ask at least 3 staff where my food is at. Even if I try curbside I still have to go in. Very slow. Not organized.
The best place for lunch often often during the weekend going grocery shopping we stop and have soup in a sandwich which are the best made to order hot hot excellent soup and great sandwiches.. We've had the pizza we've had the just about everything and we give it 5 stars
Just got the lobster roll for the first time at Panera and almost chocked and broke my teeth on the many shell pieces that’s in/on the lobster. Couldn’t eat it. Do not order the lobster roll!
This location quality control is pretty bad. I went there twice, a couple of weeks apart, and both times, chicken in my sandwich was not well done. Never had this issue in any other Panera location. Disgusting and potentially dangerous.
The staff is friendly and the food is great. So many options. Today we got turkey avocado blt's and strawberry banana smoothies.
I am absolutely disgusted by them. I ordered delivery and checked off that I cannot have chicken in my salad because I’m a vegetarian for medical reasons. I also asked for extra salad dressings. I am disabled from the waist down and I do not drive so that’s why I order delivery. My delivery came and there was chicken on my salad and NO extra dressings so I called them and they had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t check off that I didn’t want chicken. It’s fine if he said I did it once or twice but he kept insisting it was MY FAULT! To make matters worse, the second woman I spoke to was so busy defending the first guy I spoke to that she just BLAMED me when it was a computer problem that wasn’t showing them the extra notes in the computer system. If the online orders are not working properly, they should not be doing them and blaming the customer when they’re wrong. It’s sickening they would insinuate I was lying and even more sickening that they wouldn’t take any responsibility and didn’t want to refund me. The second woman was worse than the first guy because she went on to tell me how he’s one of the “best guys” there and how he would not get fired under “any circumstances” despite the fact that he was incredibly rude to me. I’ll be calling corporate. I’ve never been so disgusted that a company would be told of a mistake, REFUSE to fix it, BLAME the customer, try to drag a DISABLED person to the building, and NOT give a REFUND. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. So now I’m disabled in bed with no food, no money, and sick to my stomach at the way I was treated. If hire-ups read this, it was management working on 5-10-2022 at 4:30 PM.
Terrible Panera - food ordered with the app wasn’t ready when it said it was (a problem at all Panera’s). Had to wait in line to get the food because rapid pickup is behind the counter (weird). They gave me the wrong size fountain drink and then the soda wasn’t working. Got to the car and all I have is a bagel with no cream cheese. And they weren’t busy. Can’t imagine what they are like when they are busy.
The manager amy is extremely rude and needs to get fired. She messed up the order charged and refunded me twice and then refused service at the end. I have never seen such bad customer service ever.
Good sized panera. Plenty of space for seating. Coffee was as expected. Ordered through kiosk.
Panera is our go to place when we are looking for quick bite. This location is not my favorite for two reasons. The staff are extremely rude in this location and doesn’t have any empathy. We dropped our bread on the floor, and my son was hoping to ask another from the kitchen, they were rude and just said it only comes with one. Also the food quality is not as good as what you get in other locations. Not fresh and it feels like they are selling overnight stuff.
