Food is great but service is not. Though the server was polite but did not pay attention to what we wanted. We had to wait for seconds and did not get any. Had to wait for togo box even after we paid the check. It was disappointing. Never going again to the Framingham location of Olive Garden.
The Fettuccine Alfredo is just fantastic. Actually everything was delicious. The soft drink has some chloride taste. Thanks Minely for your kind help and support.
First time going to Olive Garden. Went in with my 12 month old for lunch around 2pm (was pretty quiet in the restaurant) We were seated and waited a while to be greeted. By the time the server came to greet us, I knew exactly what I wanted. After taking our order, our server disappeared and never returned. I walked out of the restaurant never receiving my food. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Clean, delicious food, great friendly service. The best Olive Garden on the east coast thus far.
Fantastic as always, we showed up an hour before close on Father's Day and were treated amazingly. The poor staff was exhausted from a very busy shift but the smiles and promot service were there as always. 10/10 will definitely be back they helped make my father's day late dinner with my son a special one.
The salad and breadsticks are a must. The food is pretty good. I usually get cheese raviolis with meat sauce, chicken alfredo, the five cheese ziti a la forno with chicken, or the create your own pasta. For dessert we love to get the tiramisu.
Today I stand in front of you as a veteran of Olive Garden's service. It was this very afternoon in which I attended this fine establishment with four of my companions. I didn't order a single thing besides water & breadsticks and I ate here entirely for free. Although our waitor was a little quiet. He might want to attend some public speaking classes.
Not great. I went late afternoon for an early dinner. Sat at the bar & it was very sticky .. like it hadn't been wiped off in a while. The salad was OK. Food took way too long given that I was the only person at the bar. It was a slow point in the day .. hardly any customers. I usually like Olive Garden but won't go to the Framingham location again after this experience.
As a person having celiac disease, I was guaranteed that they had gluten free options. I attempted to eat there on 2 occasions, and was I’ll within 1/2 hour.If no gluten allergies, the restaurant is fine.
Ordered lunch ravioli …. Frozen and sauce was watery. Server need to be trained …. Asked for a spoon was told to wait a few minutes. Ordered pasta fagioli and was given chicken gnocchi . The breadstick and salad we’re good !
