Went through the drive thru n only got half my order. I know you ahould check before leaving but they should check the order before handing it out.
Drive thru is always packed, but decent service
I was picking up an Uber order 6/7/21 12:00am at the drive-thru and here’s what happened.1. Once the lady inquiring about my order at the drive-thru realized it was an Uber order, her whole demeanor changed. She quickly became impatient and disgusting.2. After giving her the order number she mumbled “b*t*h under her breath and somebody laughed in the background.3. Lucky for her, another male employee handed me the order at the pickup window.Overall this establishment hires trashy punk*** employees. I would not recommend.
May 20th - Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars! The people who work here are unprofessional and untrained! I go every now and then because I work near by and every time there is some kind of issue. They get the order wrong, forget some of the food or take forever! Today they were taking a long time to get the drive thru moving and I didn’t realize why until I got to the last window, the person who was bagging the food couldn’t read the screen and was not putting the orders together correctly! I’ve worked at a McDonald’s and know how the screens in the back work, they say exactly what is to go in each order! Gonna turn this into a running log for the issues thereMay 25 - it’s the height of the lunch rush and they were out of ice in the dining room, no one on front counter and they burnt my double quarter bunJune 4th - they forgot of the McChickens I ordered
We stopped in for a couple of EggaMuffins. They were tasty. Also got a HashBrown, that was quite undercooked, and Lukewarm. No beverages. Came to about $10.
Horrible employee at the window for money and pick up order, both were very rude . Your manager needs to retrain them on customer service. This was at 7:00 pm May 25, 2022. I will not be back ever again.
Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, 5 cheeseburgers, 20 pieces nuggets, 4 large fries. The chicken sandwich was like rubber(sign of microwave). The cheeseburgers were cold(? if safe to consume at such low temp). The fries were cold. Over $41 in the trash. Avoid this branch.
I had to repeat my order twice at the kiosk. I then had to repeat my order again at the pay window. Finally I had to repeat my order twice again at the pickup window and wait. Not sure what's the problem at this location but clearly, they need more training.
There something about McDonald's food it taste ok but they lost the excitement that the sandwich should carry who ever is doing the advertisment got lost along the way they need a new catch a pick me up something that will catch everyone's. Eye whatever they are doing now isent flying with everyone they need eye candy
