The food was tasty as usual and the staff quite efficient today.This location though had a significant cleanliness problem today with lots of dirty tables and food all over the floor. The covers on the baseboard heaters had fallen off along the window side making it a great hideout for the mouse I saw running along the heaters. He was in for a feast.This can be fixed and I told the staff what I’d seen before leaving. It was close to 3 pm when I arrived and this level of dirt was not reasonable with only 2 customers in the place. I hope they will recover soon but staff did not seem surprised by my report.
What the hell happened to this place? over the last couple months this location has been run horribly, and their food has been subpar… For a small little hamburger a little fry and a little Coke, spending over $15 for horrible service and a burnt burger, waited over half an hour to get my meal.
Location is clean enough, with good parking, and service was friendly and as fast as 5 guys gets (which is never fast, given their model).I love their food, and the quality remains high for what it is. I wanted to give it 3 stars, but I kept coming back to the food itself and how good it still is. My issue is the value. It's now $$$ for what you get - $14 for a little hamburger, fry, and soda. The "little" fry used to be somewhat ironic, but now it's thimble size.I just can't justify going to them any more, except on "special" occasions or when road tripping and there's c*p else to eat. Too bad, inflation, so sad.
I mean you can't go wrong with those delicious burgers and crispy fries.
Best burgers. But they are lacking on the amount of fries they used to give and the prices went up. Thanks Biden....
Solid burger. I had the lettuce bun cheeseburger and really enjoyed it. They give a lot of fries and the Cajun are tasty but quite spicy. If I was looking for a fast food burger I'd go here again over some of the other chains.The two things I would point out to any newcomer is that the little burger is actually a normal burger. The standard burger is actually a double patty. Also, go early. The line builds here and they don't really have the capacity to handle the line and online orders, so either go early or be prepared to wait.
Five Guys has the best smashburgers out there. The fries are not my style. This location is very convenient for when you're out shopping in Natick/Framingham. I usually make this guilty pleasure stop after I've fought through the hordes at Home Depot.
I can't have one thing! A damn Strawberry Shake. Order it you complete over priced morons! Your hamburgers suck!
Initial visit to this location, just got a peanut butter shake. Was 130pm, but they were still quite busy like they were still in a lunch rush. Took 10 minutes to get my shake. It was good but for $6 I wish it was a little bigger.
