Dunkin in Saxonville Framingham, MA is pretty clean and well maintained. I was very suprised. They have enough parking with good customer service.

I like coming here, it’s a nice location but somehow the employees there always looked miserable. I mean there are plenty of jobs out there if you’re not happy you should consider finding something else.
Honestly I was gonna let this go but one of the cashiers wouldn't accept my 5 dollar bill cause she said it was a fake even though the marker came up yellow. Have pics to prove it. Lol love being accused of a felony at 8 in the morning.
Great to see the FIVE STAR service and willingness of Adam Walker to help get involved to make sure the customer is taken care of. It is team members like Adam Walker who stand out and make it easy for me to make this Dunkin’s my new first stop in the morning to get my day started off right.
So, I'd worked at this Dunkin for 4 months and quit a week ago. I would not recommend working here in the slightest. All issues stem from management: half of the people weren't fully trained, Justin (the manager) wouldn't order several items every single week, and always ignores texts from his employees letting him know that they can come in. He also forgets about whenever people submit leave of absence forms and gets mad at us. There was also one time that we all had a team meeting where he said that things would change, and they didn't at all. Near the time I left, the owner of the Framingham Dunkins hired his wife and daughter, which honestly feels unfair. It doesn't help at all that the wife ALWAYS messes up drinks. So if you ever come across an issue with this Dunkin: blame management

Every single time I get food here my order gets messed up. It takes forever and is usually crowded. Today my sourdough bread sandwich came with only one piece of bread and the frosted donut was upside down in the bag stuck to the bottom.
Look, I know it’s hard to find help right now but the workers are incredibly slow and just don’t care when you ask politely what the status of your mobile order is that you placed 20 min ago. I was told it’s being made right now but then 15 more minutes go by, I ask them to check again, and they are just starting it. My receipt had still been sitting on the counter. It doesn’t take much to just be nice. I wouldn’t mind the wait if they apologized for how long it was taking and actually made sure my order was being worked on.
