One of the worst dunkins I've been to. The girl working at the drive-through Overfilled a cup of coffee then decided To take a sip out of the cup so she can make room for the whip cream. Never come in here again
Worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been too, order is never right, long waits, they hand you cold food . I’ve tried time and time again hoping my experience would be different but always the same poor results . Save your money and drive down the st to another Dunkin’s cause this place can’t seem to figure it out
Managers need to do better training or help there crew . Way to many time they are rude and keep saying( Is That it )no I can I get a medium coffee (Is that it) no!!!! They act like we are bothering them and . Good ones say can I get you anything else. not is that it!! Every second
This is the slowest Dunkin' location I ever visited. It took them forever to process the drive through order, and when I was finally able to get the order, they forgot to put 1 of the items in the bag. I am glad I checked. When I pointed out the item (muffin) was missing, they gave it to me with no apologies. No napkins were given with the order. The worst DD I ever visited. They seem to be VERY disorganized.
They should have brought out Krispy Kreme in a hostile takeover and done something to the donut atrocity which is called Dunkin
3 different times I've ordered grilled or toasted sandwiches, and I receive warmed bread instead for my sandwiches. Not sure if their machines are faulty or whoever is doing sandwiches doesn't know how to use the machine but it's bad. Don't get sandwiches here.The pictures are of a "grilled cheese". It is warm bread with melted cheese. I'm "fixing" this with the toaster at work.
Today I ordered an ice coffee wich was fine next I got a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin. There were no other cars there and it was not busy. The first sandwich I received was ice cold.I went back and they said they would remake it. The next sandwich I got was a egg and sausage on cinnamon raisin bagel no cheese. Not even close to my order.When the girl handed me the second sandwich wich was now completely wrong the was no apology and closed the window right away before I could even look at it.Worst Dunkin experience ever.
My server Kaylie was very nice and helpful and I would definitely come back again to see her friendly smile!
Went in for a small snack. When I told the cashier, immediately he said “we can’t do any food right now”.Then, he made me wait extra long for the coffee I ordered, plus I could hear clearly the next person in line ordering food with no problem. It was truly a terrible experience.
