I always go here and I never complain even though the service is never good. I use the app to order food for pick up during my 15 minute breaks. I usually order it 15-16 minutes early because they always take too long. Every time, I am only receiving some of my order. Last week I ordered munchkins, hasbrowns, a latte and a bottle of water.. all I got was the latte. I had to leave. Paid $10 tried to say something to someone and get ignored, like usual. Today, I asked multiple times I got their attention because they looked right at me and a girl answered but never got the rest of my order. I'm upset because I continue to waste money and this is the only dunkins close enough to my job but I think I am done using their services.
This Dunkin’s is just like the Chipotle in Framingham. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. They never pick up their phones. I had to leave the job due to the lack of management in this store. The coworkers are straight up ignorant and incompetent. I hope this location shuts down. No one wants to wait 30+ minutes for an order to be placed. What a shame.

As I write this I’ve been trapped in the drive through line for almost a half hour and I’m losing my mind. It’s taking 10 minutes per car. And this happened to me two weeks ago too.
customer service is key... you work for a check - not friends. it seems as if the workers are more worried about each other/their phones then getting SIMPLE ORDERS ACCURATE... shouldn't have to repeat a MEDIUM REG 3X
The worst Dunkin donuts in Framingham. They take forever, and still get your order wrong. And are willing to argue with the customer about it, every single last one of the girls there.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Coffee is never made right or stirred, so it tastes like dirt. Donuts are hard as a rock at 8 in the morning. Employees are clueless.
This location has a one lane drive thru that you can be held hostage in. Once committed you will be treated to a particularly enraging experience. This location has an incredibly incompetent staff and management. There a bad reviews all over the internet. On this occasion I was I was trapped in line for 25 minutes, and left empty handed as I had an appointment to get to. Staffing was not an issue. I counted 8 unemployment candidates behind the counter. Avoid this place at all costs.
