Great pizza, never wait very long. Service people were nice and efficient. However the parking at this Domino's is awful maybe four cars at most. That is my only complaint. I only go to this location.
They always serve you quick and with a great attitude. Never a bad experience at this location. Love it, keep it up.
I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food I called for an update “it’s on the make line” an hour later ?! I was told I could come in and get my food. Horrible customer service I’ll never spend money here again.
So I put 5 stars because employees are nice & efficient. HOWEVER, I always order extra cheese and they never add my extra cheese!
Food was good, staff I worked with were bilingual which was super helpful for other customers!Lost a star for the parking lot situation. I think the parking lot is smaller than the store itself, makes it super difficult to leave the location onto the busy road.
One hour on PREP, I called and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes, had to hang out and call again, someone answer the phone and said that will check, never return, a second person answer the phone and asked everything again, no apologies, total neglect. I had to cancel my order. Never will order from Dominos again.
The worst service ever!!! No one understands you and they keep you on hold spoke to a manager whom had no clue what to do. Pizza n cheesy bread was delivered after an hr in a half cold n nasty. Barely any cheese on the cheesy bread. Never ever again!!! ???
Extremely disappointed with the location. After waiting for my food to be delivered over an hour and half for my food. Nothing. I checked my status and it said delivered. I called and instead of working to figure out the issue. The woman was blaming me for the address being out of their delivery zone. Stated they tried calling a few times, in her defense they did call. But well after an hour of my order being placed. After trying to take to her to get this resolved she continued to talk over me and say well do you want your food or not. so i said no. Demanded a refund and told her that her attitude was garbage and I will be reporting her. I had never had any issues with any domino's but wow. This lady just ruined domino's for me.
Tonight my husband ordered pizza as we usually do. We received our pizza for delivery after about an hour and 30 minutes. We saw that the driver was looking for our house . My husband opened the door to let then know it was our pizza and the driver motioned to him to come to the car to get the pizza. A little odd as it is usually brought to our house.Once we got the pizza and other items inside and opened the pizza we realized that the pizza was not fully cooked. The pizza crust looked burnt but the bottom of the pizza was mostly raw dough. The cinnamon sticks with apple dip were so overcooked that the apples were blackened on the edges and the sticks themselves were so crisp that you couldn't even bit into them.
I ordered pizza at 6:30pm and the delivery driver didn’t come until 8:00pm my pizza was cold along with the bread twist. Had to put the pizza in the oven to reheat.
