I love this location, everyone is always very friendly. Nico stands out to me - I’ve been wanting to write a review and give him a shout out but never knew his name. He always comes to work with a great attitude, smile on his face and remembers his customers. It’s always good to see him. Give him a raise!!!Also the food portions at this chipotle are always enough and filling. Love this place.
Placed a pick up order for a Pollo Asado burrito and a Pollo Asado burrito bowl with Queso Blanco on side on a Monday evening. No fajita, fresh salsa, green salsa, sour cream and cheese in both burritos, and missing the queso as well. Not even sure if we were served Pollo Asado, felt like regular chicken. Hoping for a better service. Disappointed. Used to be our go to chipotle location but with all the recent reviews seems like others facing issues as well. They have to improve or lose customers.
This location is just awful, never is an order correct. We like Chipotle but stopped coming here as we switched to online ordering during pandemic, and our orders were always messed up, at least one missing item, or burritos and bowls made incorrectly. Once in a while the last experience fades a bit and you are hopeful you might get lucky and get a correct order...aaaaand it's wrong. Every. Single. Time.
Not the typical experience. They were out of several things including roasted veggies which they always have. Kids working the line. They schlepped the burritos, overloaded with guac, it was cold. Pretty bad. We won't go back to that location.
I order delivery from this location a lot because I have little kids and can't leave the house once they're in bed. They are constantly sending either an incomplete order or the wrong order all together. There is no way for them to tell you when they've run out of something so you either just get half the meal you paid for or random substitutions you wouldn't have wanted. Tonight I ordered a vegetarian salad and received a chicken bowl. The website is useless and won't refund you, maybe give you a discount you have to order again to use. Terrible system.
Part of my order was left out. Put in precise delivery instructions which were completely ignored. I live in a big condominium complex which has a lot of pedestrian traffic. If delivery is left in the outer lobby, anyone can take it as it is an unsecured entry to the building. I'm sorry I gave the driver a 20% tip. He definitely didn't deserve it. I will really hesitate to order from Chipotle anytime soon. It's not the first time they've sent an incomplete order and not having the best delivery drivers.
My delivery order is ALWAYS wrong, and tonight a worker hung up on me when I called the restaurant. I have also complained numerous times they never give the dressing in the bags with the salads and it appears from reviews people have been complaining of this same issue even 5 years ago so it sounds like this chipotle has some real problems.
I would give this negative stars if I could. Order is literally never correct but the thing that prompted me to write this is that they cancelled my delivery order twice and I was charged for both. I contacted chipotle and have not been reached out to or refunded.
I usually love chipotle, but I would definitely not recommend this specific location. I ordered a bowl through door dash, and specifically said no meat because I’m vegetarian. The bowl came LOADED with chicken, and no beans (I had asked for beans.) There was also a whole bay leaf in my rice. When I tried to call, there was no answer.
One of the WORST WORST Chipotle center. 5 out of 10 times the Order is wrong. I cannot even see Chicken in my Chicken Rice Bowl. And I asked for White Rice, not Brown. Employees don't even know the difference between White and Brown. There are no Tomatoes. Its Ridiculous. The Employees don't even care. I hope the Management takes some action.
