I just wanted to give major kudos to their employee Jeremy—his good mood yesterday shone through in his voice and service. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that, especially since most BK locations I visit have nothing but disinterested & miserable people working there. Please give Jeremy a raise! It might not be the most glamorous job, but his smile and silly jokes made my entire night so much better.
For all truck drivers that can’t go through drive thru I do not recommend stopping here and ordering online. They waited for their long line to lower before making my food. Then wanted me to walk through the drive thru in traffic when they could have easily handed me my food at the door. And the manager is the one that suggested I do so. In safe and no care for my safety.
Every time I go here they are so nice and kind, today their speaker wasn’t working well and they gave me a croissant instead of a cheesy melt, still a good sandwich and they were really nice about the mix up.
A pleasant experience. Carlo was brilliant in customer service, friendly, caring, and overall welcoming my family. I would definitely recommend this location.
I've been to this Burger King about a dozen times.A few days ago I was waiting patiently at the counter to ask the manager a question while he's refilling the ice cream machine, and he looks at me and says "I'm busy" like I'm bothering him. No "I'm sorry can you hold on one sec". I chalked it up to him having a bad day.Today I noticed the same manager raising his voice with the front cashier in an angry and aggressive way. I don't think this manager should be customer facing.And, during the same visit, I asked for no mayonnaise for my Impossible Whopper, but they put it on anyway and I didn't notice until I had eaten most of it (I should have been paying more attention to what I was eating). I approached the cashier with the partially eaten burger who says I didn't ask for no mayonnaise. I told him I definitely did because I remember specifically saying "no mayonnaise no cheese". He then proceeds to show me the receipt as if that was proof I didn't make the request. I assume he didn't hear me ask for no mayonnaise, which is fine, but he shouldn't have implied that it was the customers fault. He could have been nicer about It, say he was sorry I didn't get what I expected, or even offered to replace the Whopper but he didn't do any of these things. I know it's Burger King, but I was expecting a little better service.Won't be going back.
Friendly Staff. Terrific Service. Double Burger, and Fries were Hot and Tasty. Really appreciate a filled BagO' Fries. Thank You.
Manager in the morning rude looks like he doss not want to work me and my husband asked politely if he would put on gloves to bag the food he rudely applied i don't have to we're doing everything the city wants so even if it's not covid but it is in general a fast food place you need to wear gloves no exceptions and not be rude when customers ask you to just do your job the food is always fresh but no going if that manager is working all set
Never been a fan of burger in my area, but this one is special. Staff is super friendly and the food is best I’ve ever had at Burger King. Fries are fresh, chicken sandwich was awesome. Unlike the McDonald’s down the st the staff actually seems to enjoy working here and puts effort into making good fresh food.
Ok the guy that does the drive thru in the evening is hilarious. You can tell that he's just having a good time talking to people. They're always on top of it and I never have an issue. Store is clean and never too crowded when I've gone.
Placed a mobile order that was ready to pick up when I arrived. Refused to hand it to me unless I went out and got a mask. I'm fully vaccinated and have my booster this isn't an anti mask rant but that was kind of ridiculous.
