Just went through the drive through. The young girl was rude when she took my order and when I picked it up at the window. She took my payment and then shut the the windowand turned her back to me while leaning against the window and was her her phone! Who hires these kids. Not even a one star The food was old and stale
Experience on 5/20/22: Drive thru was empty compared to Wendy's down the street so I went to order. Intercom was scratchy so I had to shout order. No display to confirm what I ordered. My sandwich had onions on it, even tho I ordered it without onions and the wrapping paper was correctly marked to indicate no onions!! Then after I drove away I realized the Hershey pie I ordered and was charged for was missing!! The service at this location is TERRIBLE!!Experience on 9/23/17 at 15:50 was terrible. Dining area was dirty; flies were buzzing around; had to wait on someone to come take order; Fries were terrible ( recycled oil taste was prominent)...not what I've come to expect from Burger King locations
Not going out much these days so I really appreciate it when I do and the place gets my order right the first time and has great customer service:) This is a fantastic BK and all the employees work really hard to be nice and get you your order right and with a smile .. five stars from me for sure! Thank you!!
I arrived at the establishment around 10 PM, and started placing a mobile order. By the time I finished, I went to the drive thru to tell the attendant about my order, called 3 times and there was no answer. So I headed to the window, to tell the attendant about my order. When I arrived, she said I should go back to the speaker and tell my mobile order there, but there were like cars behind me and I was tired, so I didn’t want to pick the line back again, and suggested her that she should just take my order right at the window and get it delivered to me, because I arrived first, ordered first, and people behind me could wait. She started screaming at me saying very rudely that I should move, and I refused and said I would cancel my order, and would move just when my order was canceled. I asked for her help to cancel the order, because I didn’t knew how to do it properly, and she screamed at me: “BECAUSE OF THAT, I WON’T SERVE YOU, NOR TAKE YOUR ORDER!” and properly slammed shut the window at my face.I wanna specify that in any moment I screamed at the lady, nor was rude to her or cursed her in any manner.At this moment, I was already shaking nervously, so I pulled over to the parking spot to complain about her behavior to the manager. For no surprise, she locked the door and I went my way back to the drive-thru window, because I saw her opening it to deliver food to another person who was behind me. When I came near the window, she screamed “GO AWAY OR I SHALL CALL THE COPS!”. I replied “That’s a great idea.” followed by “I want to talk to the manager.”. She bumped her fist into her stuffed-out chest and shouted at full lungs “I’M THE MANAGER” and slammed the window again, locking it and shutting the lights down.I called the cops and waited in my car. When they arrived, I told my story and she went out and said them I was trespassing. So now I have a notice that prohibits me from going in the Burger King nearest (about 100 feet) to my house for no reason at all. I’m going to speak to a lawyer and prosecute this unit, but I wanted to give my feedback as a very disappointed client as well, even more because Burger King was my favorite franchise until today.
I ask for everything fresh and all they did was put back on the frier.also waited 5 min or more at the counter before getting any service
Its fast food no so health but inexpensive & tasty. Hopeful no insider employee video about the cleanliness. Those videos show how soooo many of health violation including the furry kind.
I ordered a whopper and the bread was old. They took a long time to serve me and and I was the only one in there. I prefer the BK on RT30 Framingham
On the website says they close at 12am. But they Actually close at 9. They never answer the phone. Some workers have a ugly attitude. And sometimes food is cold or wrong
Woman with the red hair. Is the worst employee to date. I ask nicely for a fresh set of fries and mozzarella sticks. Instead I got 2 day old mozzarella sticks that are cold , along with raw fries... she was more interested in her cell phone then actually helping the customer.... this is the worst feeling in the world.... if you don't care about yr job. Why you you come to work...? ????????????????????????????
