Due to the special deal of paying 1982 prices, the restaurant was very busy. The service was slow, but the waitstaff were very friendly and accommodating.
Predictable menu, the food could have been a bit hotter, but nonetheless enjoyable.
Our waiter, Jake, was absolutely great! He gave our table a lot of attention while the restaurant was busy. He put his full effort into his job and was very nice to talk. He is a stunning conversationalist and a true renaissance man in an age where that is rarely seen. He also has a certain boyish charm, like a young Leonardo DiCaprio. If there were more stars, Jake would deserve them, because he deserves the world.

Was a bit busy when we got there but were seated quickly. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Food was hot when we got it, and flavorful. The portion seemed a little small for the price, but over all a good experience.
Very nice staff except the takeout girl she acted like it was a pain to place an order in person. Other than that I witnessed a waiter help a man in a wheelchair get into the restroom . That is caring service .I would rate it 5 stars however the woman at the register taking my order clearly showed she didn't want to be there facial expressions and eye rolling say it all to me

Scott is the best. My wife and I have lunch every week and I come in and have lunch alone at least once a week. We ask for Scott who provides the kind of service that my wife and I enjoy at "very high end" restaurants. No matter how busy he is he always provides the same excellent service as if we were the only customers in the restaurant. Bertucci's is very lucky to have him as part of the Bertucci family and the food is excellent also.
