If I could give zero Stars I would beyond incompetence, beyond trash service. Not the first time orders are wrong & the nerve to have sandwiches wrapped without the meat product just condiments but not what you paid for. Avoid this location job well done does not apply here and to those few workers that actually do a good job do yourself a favor leave that establishment.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but my experience tonight was just terrible. I mobile ordered as I was leaving work & when I arrived to the restaurant I couldn't pick it up inside so my only option was the drive thru and it took 40 minutes. There was only 4 cars in front of me waiting to order at the speaker and only another 2-3 cars in front of them waiting for their food at the window so as somebody who also works fast food.. what on earth was the hold up? The employees also offered no apologies for the inconvenience or explanation of what was going on. It's just extremely unprofessional and rude to have people waiting 30 minutes to even reach the speaker, then another 10 minutes after that to actually get my food and not even offer a simple "I'm sorry about the wait" and the real kicker is that even after that entire wait my food was somehow cold. Some nights it's not this bad and I get my order in under 15 minutes but tonight was just unbelievable. If it's a staffing issue, I understand and sincerely apologize and hope it gets better but it would have been nice if they explained that instead of just not saying a word.

This restaurant is absolute garbage. Consistently ice cold food workers are rude. Management is basically nonexistent. Corporate NEEDS to do something about this restaurant. They make Wendy’s look awful to the public eye. FIX IT. Tired of wasting money

I Often visit The "Wendy's" In The South End of The City On Canning Blvd. In Fall River. The Other "Wendy's" Location On Bedford St. Near Downtown Seems abit Smaller, More Crowded, & Less Cleaner than The South End Restaurant, But The Food Is about The Same Way Served & They Usually Get Food Order's right. But I Do Prefer The South End Location Much Better.

Food was hot, fries were fresh. My sandwich looks well put together and when I opened it wasn’t all fall apart, it was all still intact. Food from fast food places aren’t always what it’s supposed to be. Usually they just slap your stuff together, throw it in the bag and out it goes. When you have good staff you can definitely tell a difference.

I like Wendy's salads and this place is close to my house but I can't go here anymore because the place is filthy inside. Who manages this place? The other Wendy's in the city isn't any better. Can't wait for chick file a to open.

Been checking back for about 6 years hoping for better management but it is somehow CONSISTENTLY the same ice cold food, slow/unreliable service, and unsanitary conditions. This is hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to and unfortunately it's the closest to my house. I know fast food places will precook burgers 75% of the way and place them in a warmer, then when ordered they are finished in the grill with or without cheese. These seem unfinished. The cheese isn't even melted one bit!! And so much for that hot and fresh fry promise!!!

Looks real fun to work there! With all the employees having a blast dancing around. But waiting in line for 30 mins with only a few cars in line is not fun! Then to get the wrong burger and cold and Soggy fries, when on the bags says always hot and crispy lol

I work close by and often grab my lunch here. Most of the time the food is hot, fresh and just the way I ask for it. It's not always as fresh at night but most of the time im satisfied. I would recommend this Wendy's over the one on Bedford st any time any day. Bedford street is barley fresh, very skimpy, and if your a fan of cheese fries like I am keep in mind they are skimpy, old or under cooked almost all of the time and they seem to water down their cheese sauce. Its five minutes from my house and I will drive right past it to go this Wendy's instead.

The Fall River Health Dept. should pay a surprise visit; yesterday (Friday, Dec. 3) there were so many french fries, chicken nuggets, and french fry/nuggets containers on the floor behind the counter you couldn't even SEE the floor!! There were no trays available because they were all "still dripping wet!" The floor where you order was covered in some sticky substance that was very slippery. The self-serve soda machine is forever out of order. The tall young man behind the counter, however, was very quick and very nice. The Wendy's on Bedford & Robeson uptown is MUCH better!!
