Just went to this Wendy's and I paid 16.00 for basically just half my order this place is going down hill it use to be so good even the staff there are so loud when trying to order and they can't even get the order right.
My children made comments about the food that Wendy herself would be proud of. I sincerely appriciate the taste of the food and the price.
I’m really not usually one to complain, but I come to this wendys literally like 3 times a week and every single time something is either screwed up, or the sauce is missing, or (today) I ordered something extra besides the meals that were ordered and I didn’t get it.Considering I also work in fast food I try to be considerate, and I don’t like to sit at the window and look through all of my stuff to make sure it’s correct, because I feel that’s rude and I understand you’re on a timer, but I will not longer be taking that into consideration. There hasn’t been a single time my order was completely right here. Please do your jobs better.
I should learn my lesson. I ordered a lg #9 bouborn burger , a 10 PC nugget meal, 1 biggie bag chicken blt,, 1 biggie bag double stack... I got th bourbon and the 10 PC nug. And then got 2 cheeseburgers and down 1 lg fry from the #9. Tired of going back every time I order for them to fix it. I should have opened every sandwich to make sure everything was what it was suppose to be. Also they should give a receipt everytime. I thought they put it in the bag becuase they didn't hand one to me. This is the 6th time and I am never going back to this one.
It’s the slowest fast food restaurant. They ever only have one person at the register, so if there is 2 people ahead of you, it will take 20 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone
This location is horrible. The workers were yelling and swearing at each other, not professional at all. Food was decent, but will stay clear due to unprofessional and rude staff.
Went there tonight 4/17/22 at 7:45pm and went inside. An employee asked me if i was ordering which I replied yes. She walked away. I continued to stand in line,no acknowledgement. After about 5 mins,i adked if anyone was working the front to take my order,in which an employee replied "our screen is full so we're not taking anymore orders. I walked out
My experience for today the cashier was friendly and made me laugh so a sense of humor yes we look for sense of humor takeout food today I go no further entry I'm a tough one
4.25.22 the experience was bad. Everything I asked for wasn't placed the order. I asked for a biggie stack that include a junior bacon cheeseburger, but they still put the cheese on the burger. Second I asked to replace the fries with an order of chili and they didn't complete the request.
Food had obviously been sitting in the warmer awhile, by the look and stale kind of taste. I ended up throwing it out and only having the frosty (only edible part of order). I won't visit this Wendy's again.
