1st and last time. Terrible customer service. My order was taken, I asked for the server to repeat the order back to me as she did not appear attentive. She repeated it accurately, once I got my order to no one's surprise the order we received was wrong. We nicely mentioned that we had items missing from our order. The reply was extremely rude. We simply wanted the food we ordered in the first place. Needless to say after waiting well over an hour for the food.... we had food missing, customer service was terrible and the quality of the food was ok at best.
The Ceviche was really good, personally wasnt a fan of the avacado fries but that was more of a texture thing than a flavor thing for me. Cowabunga burrito bowl with marinated steak was solid as well but felt as the marinade was a bit salty but no major complaints. Server did excellent, its worth checking out if you havent already.
Cute place!Bartender, Nick (I think), was attentive and very pleasant.We sat at the bar and it was comfortable. I would go back. We did not eat. Maybe next time!
after waiting a 25 minutes for a table we sat at the table for 20 more minute with no service. They proceeded to then take the drink order of a table whom walked in after, we waited to leave until they then took the food order of there’s too before even recognizing our party sitting. 0/10
Went today for the first time… slow service but not blaming that seems only one hostess/waitress. Ordered drinks and app took forever… (ok one waitress) app came out wrong.. chips and queso… got chips and guacamole… corrected to something else.. still not queso… some kinda bean dip… we were gonna order food but by the time waitress came back we were disappointed enough…never again
It’s really concerning that there is a clear and present issue with the person in charge of the food and it’s not being addressed. The food isn’t good, why won’t the owner make a change in the kitchen? I own a food truck that serves authentic Mexican. Taqueria habenero must be taking all of their business because they make authentic Mexican right around the corner
the food is delicious and they have vegetarian options on their menu. The chips are warm and super crunchy, this is now my go to place for Mexican food
This an excellent place, I have been going here for years. The food is really good, the drinks are good, the parking can sometimes be tricky however, I usually find a spot. Taco Tuesday is always fun, the appetizers are good as well. I drive over 30 minutes every Tuesday just to eat at this place, it is well worth it.
The place looked nice. The drinks are okay, they have some variety of drinks. The food was not as good as i hoped. My quesadilla was missing a whole lot of sides. They only gave us the quesadilla and some small amount of "pico" which was just tomato and onions and some sour cream.The avocado fries i liked that. It was really good.
One of the best Mexican restaurants around!!The jalapeno poppers were excellent!The chicken and steak fajita was delicious. The portion was so much bigger than I've gotten at Chili's or Fiesta's. The tequila selection is phenomenal!! Service was absolutely perfect!! If you haven't tried them yet you're missing out!
