Literally ordered a cheesy potato burrito and got a soft Tortilla stuffed with potatoes and cheese. No meat sour cream rice or right sized Tortilla.

Ordered 2 5 dollar craving boxes on a mobile order when I picked up my order and got home I was missing my chalupa that was my main first order and my cinnamon twists

Arabella was very disrespectful to her own staff and screwed up my food i will be contacting cooperate and hoping this manager will get consequences I’m sorry for anyone who works there

Almost every time I go here for a box they forget the side. Which means I have to go back around the drive thru and wait again... Super frustrating. They should give out a free taco every time they forget something, everyone will get a free taco every time.Edit: Bumping to 3 stars because I went back this morning and they got us the Fiesta potatoes they forgot last night and said they know this happens usually at night when its extra busy.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered 3 taco supremes and got 3 regular tacos, asked for sauce at the actual window and still didn’t get any! Telling from the other reviews the people that work here just don’t care or listen.

Opens at 7? Yet I get there 744 and y’all inside and don’t even have the courtesy to say y’all not ready wendys going ham taking all y’all business

Can't even get a simple bean burrito right. It's just bread loaded up with beans, no onions cheese or sauce. Ask for extra cheese & onions, then you just get to pay extra for a dry bean wrap.It's not a company problem its a store problem.Edit: This was a 1 star review, and I'm bumping it up to a 3 because things seemed to have changed. I'll max it out higher if it stays consistent or lower it again if they return to the same behaviors.

If you plan on going here, expect long waits, incorrect items or missing items, cold food, or out of certain items. Never fails at this location all of the above will happen 90% of the time.Last visit I was in drive thru for 15+ minutes. Pulled away from window to check order an was missing an item as well as another item being made incorrectly. Went inside to get correct items, gentleman at counter walked over to talk to line workers with receipt then back to me to hand receipt. Waited inside another 10-15 minutes before asking when my food would be done, same employee forgot about me because he asked the name for my order… clueless. Simply asked for refund as I was not waiting there all night while rest of my order was sitting in the car getting cold. Also I was not the only unsatisfied customer inside waiting long as well as another customer getting an order walking out then coming right back as it was completely wrong. I would give 0 stars if I could

Went in for the first time since covid, walked in, some customers mad she didnt get a supreme and was wrongfully charged for something. I walked up to the counter and feel like a ghost, they look everywhere but at me, i finally get fed up and use their little kiosk. Apparently they dont use cashiers inside anymore. I wait for my food and this blonde kid working there is hitting everyone up for an iphone charger for his break. The woman still hasnt gotten her supreme and has asked 4 people walking by but theyve only ignored her. Tables are dirty and always seem to be out of baha blast. Overall disappointed in this stores attitude towards customers
