I recieved my salad with a dead fly in it. I called to let the staff know there was a fly in the chicken casear salad that I ordered. I was rudely told they don't have flies. Will not be ordering from them again. Too bad because I really enjoyed them for awhile. Awful quality and $11 wasted with no customer service what's so ever.Edit:I didn't talk over anyone. I said I didn't want anything for free but you should change out your lettuce. Yes I bought two dinners. I ordered last night. Sorry that is not from a grill with wings and a head ?. Best pizza in town hands down. I order pizza and sides weekly. I've tried every other pizza places in the city many many times and Pizza time is by far the best as of right now.

They are so good here they have a very clean restaurant and my food is always fresh I love the pizza cheese it's so good and they have the best Italian in CITY I think plus the lady that works there is ao kind.
Ate some tuna salad and two pep pizza slices, it was delicious, the pizza was very tasty. Better than the fast food pizza restaurants

Do not get baklava from this place. Took 1 bite , tasted and smelled like vegetable oil, which is not how baklava normally smells. Not sure how they make it but could not eat it. You would think a Greek place would have at least good baklava.
Very impressed with Pizza Time! Great customer service and great pizza. Onion rings are crispy not soggy. So worth it. My go to pizza place from now on.

Do NOT order from Pizza Time in Fall River. We never received our order, they said they were outside my house and called us four times but never did. ( my phone did not ring once) Then when I called 2 hours later to figure the situation out and cancel the order, the manager was extremely rude and told me “your pizza is in the trash, do me a favor and never call again” then hung up on me all because I told him we never received a phone call. Terrible customer service.
