Horrible service called at 12:15pm for just an Xtra large pizza and got told it was going to be 15 minutes and I got there at 12:45pm and was told we just put it in the oven like come on how hard is your job to have me still waiting when I get there. Never again not worth it I'll go to a different location.
Got a Xtra large meat lovers with extra cheese online for delivery. Delivery only took 30 mins when website said 55 so I was most def happy about that. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Solid 8.5 outta 10 from me.
I don’t know how this place has bad reviews? We literally go inside order steak and chicken bowls which are amazing and the women taken our order is always nice. So as far as my review goes my experience as always been excellent.
I had the Buffalo chicken salad and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh. The counter clerk was super friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Would definitely go back and will recommend Piezoni’s Fall River to my friends!!
Literally the most incompetent people ever. Make sure you say your order real slow for them to understand and get it right. Unbelievable. This happens way too much for it to be a mistake. They just don’t care
Got take out here 4 time in the last 5 weeks and the price was different every time and ordered the exact way every time it went from 18.65 to 23.86 for 2 salads so I asked why different Everytime and they replied because minimum wage has gone up not true it started as of January 1 2022
I decided that I would have PieZoni’s for dinner today I asked for a delivery and THEY DoorDashed my food and I wasnt informed about that so at 4:05 pm Justin was arriving with my food which was great because I was falling asleep and it’s before 4:30 PM when it was estimated to arrive so now it’s 4:50 PM and I have no food so finally I open my door and my food is on the floor. Why I don’t understand when there’sa cooler and another place to put anything I use it to put my groceries and what not so that I don’t have to put it on the floor. My food was ice cold late I live on the third floor I was looking out of the window waiting for him to arrive and somehow some way he dropped off my cold food without me hearing him come up the steps I guess that he knew that I wouldn’t be pleased with cold food thanks Justin I needed nothing more than dirty cold food it rained all day yesterday and I’m pretty sure that my doormat is still moist from yesterday but it gets better I’ve talked to both DoorDash and piezonis and no refund OF COURSE somehow no one is at fault but I’m out $20 and I still have to find something to eat THANKS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED. I’VE NOTICED SINCE THIS PANDEMIC EVERYONE WANTS MONEY BUT ARE FAILING TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SERVICES FOR SAID MONEY AND I’M SICK OF IT BUT ULTIMATELY THANKS PIEZONIS FOR DOORDASHING MY FOOD WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND TAKING MY MONEY WITHOUT PERFORMING YOUR SERVICE I DIDN’T ASK FOR DOORDASH I COULD’VE DONE THAT MYSELF
so i ordered a steak tip salad without mushrooms ( because i have a allergy , i informed them of this over the phone). asked for the steak to be cooked well done . Waited 40 mins for this pickup order after being told to wait 15-20 mins . When i got it it had a hair ,it was bloody , and they had the audacity to but MUSHROOMS !! so i called and what sounded like a older man with a deep voice said he couldn’t do anything , didn’t apologize and slammed the phone . awful service don’t come !
Not a good experience...ordered a sandwich to he delivered and the only reason for delivery is because I couldn't get out...well 1 hr and 10 minutes later still no sandwich so I call and told l..ya its still here and don't know how much longer waiting on driver...so I cancel my order. I try another day for the same kind of sandwich which was a BLT which cost 20.00 with all the fees...So,...1 hour later I get my sandwich...bacon soooo over cooked it hurt to eat it....lol NEVER AGAIN...BYE PIZONIES
