As far as big chain pizza goes in Fall River this Papa John's is a personal favorite of mine. Never had an issue with the food and delivery is always quick with a kind delivery driver. Can't count how many times my orders have come in long before the timer, a miracle when you're quite hungry. The ultimate pepperoni pizza is my usual go to, it's delicious.
Terrible place to order they was very rude and disrespectful to me. This place is not clean they have mice in store and other things I will never order from here again!!
6/3 Friday night, around 6:30. Ordered 3 pizza, buff chick w parm crust, stuffed pepperoni, plain cheese, ordered online, pizza was HOT when I arrived, fresh, buff chick, is a heavy pizza, parm crust was fresh & tasty, stuffed pepperoni was hot and fresh, girl making the pizza that night needs a raise or a bonus, only complaint my buff chik, needed more bacon and a touch more buff sauce, parm crust was perfect, crunchy, but slightly chewy, will deff be back, this was my first time eating papa johns, only order it cause a guy at work got it for lunch and it looked good..
Well this is the last time I ever order from this papa John's I placed my order at 11 o'clock an hour before they close and I got a notification 20 minutes before 12 o'clock saying they were on their way as I'm waiting and I go and to see where they are on the tracker and it says my order was canceled no one told me anything no call nothing like yeah thanks for taking my money and canceling my order and not even explaining what's going on horrible customer service Do not waste your money at this establishment.I call back the next day and get a miserable worker and a lieing manager that tells me a driver came to my house twice, I have motion cameras I would know good try and it says to call in the instructions for the order smh
Whatever employees were working around nine to 9:30 PM on Wednesday, immaculate service. They were very busy and still manage to give me my pizza the moment I’m walking up to the door and hand it to me outside. Those men deserve a raise.
We ordered things from this place and the guy just left it in our mailroom and left. Thankfully I got there in time or it would have been stolen. Very bad service
It went from sometimes forgetting to put light sauce on the pizza, to every time I ask for light sauce it was smothered. It's the simplest request to put light sauce on a pizza. Also last delivery I got my pizza was folded in the box, I think the delivery driver got mad because I missed his call (understandable) but still you shouldn't toss the pizza around. They owe me a free pizza but I won't even be ordering it to be honest, it's just going to come smothered in sauce.
They are all so nice. I messed up when ordering online and ordered a diet soda. Even though it was my error, they still went back to the store and brought the one I ment to order at no extra charge.They are by far my favorite pizza place around here, they have always gone above and beyond- even running over to open the door when my hands are full after picking up carry out.I have never had a bad experience when using this Papa John's
The pizza I revived didn’t taste good at all and it made me sick immediately where I started to throw up after 1 slice of pizza. The garlic dipping sauce was extremely thick almost like it was expired. Overall never getting pizza from here again. I had to throw out the rest because of how nasty it tasted and how sick it made everyone. Papa johns im very disappointed :(
Not what Pappa John's used to be, they've now become the average just like everyone one else pizza place
