I came to this location twice last week got the lunch combo no problem...today I was told I missed the cut off (because it was 5:25, I came later last week) make it make sense?!?! Unfortunately my LUNCH isn't until 5:30 so NO I won't be back!! Train all your staff the same...if there is a cutoff, enforce it all the time!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered pizza's for my daughter birthday party. They were made perfectly and the delivery was exactly on time and the driver was helpful and very polite! thank you!
I ordered takeout Thursday and was told 45 min. And was sent a link saying my food was going to be delivered 645. But i got my food cold at 730. Don't count on them being on time.
I have been both dining in/getting takeout at this restaurant for more than 30yrs! It's my absolute favorite pizza, as well as breadsticks,but I've tried the majority of the menu and I never had a bad experience. Employees are friendly and helpful, the wait time for food is more than reasonable, and the food is amazing! Great dining experience!!??????
Can’t speak on the quality of the pizza since I’ll provably never order from them. I wanted to try them since I always order from Pizza Hut, but I had a bad experience during my order process. Ended up not ordering at all and they seem to not care. Didn’t listen to what I was saying and the first person just put me on hold without even warning me that she was sending me to somebody else. Spending my money somewhere else!
I have found the customer service is always good here. Michelle was at the front counter and very friendly. I ordered my usual pepperoni pizza and it was very good.

Don’t you love when you get a pizza when all the cheese and toppings are on one side of the pizza and the. When you call they tell you awe well maybe you shouldn’t get extra cheese. I have only complained when something is wrong. Sadly, this is the only good place in the area not saying much. PS: this was delivery so not my problem!
It appears that Papa Gino's has contracted out their deliveries to Door Dash. Very disappointing that the management team allowed a door dash driver to take my food out of their restaurant without an insulated bag! My food arrived cold, (imagine that) and the food was sideways allowing everything to slide to the bottom of the box! Ever heard of serving HOT food?? Papa Gino's drivers always arrived with the food made correctly and hot right out of the insulated bag at the door. This will be my last order from this restaurant.
