The last few times I’ve gone to the one in Fall River, it’s been horrible. First time, the ice cream was full of ice chips. Next time, I got two peanut butter Oreo awful awfuls, and they were disappointing. One tasted like milk with Oreo pieces, the other tasted like solely vanilla ice cream. I always give businesses a second chance, but I DO NOT recommend going to the Fall River location.
I recommend Newport Creamery, but I don't recommend this Fall River one. Walked in to use the bathroom (ordered outside at window) and the floor from the door to bathroom had so many crumbs on it as if it hadn't been vacuumed in a few days. Nevermind the bathroom that had urine on the seat and floor, and the seat itself was brown stained like it hasn't been changed in years. Will definitely stick to the Seekonk location from here on out.
This is an Ice Cream shop it should sell just Ice Cream. However, we did eat, not that great. Our waitress was great, a young girl I forgot her name, but she was really good. However, there was another waitress who was sitting at the counter with a laptop doing nothing other than sitting there with her leg up on the other seat rubbing her inner thigh. Very off putting. I will only be going to have Ice Cream through the outside window going forward.
I would give it ZERO stars if that was an option,my husband and I went for takeout ice cream inside, the first red flag 2as the young teenagers fooling around and talking,the place was nasty,dirty tables,people waiting while the teenage worker were having a good ol time. We waited about 10 minutes,just to be asked what we wanted,we told them,the person waiting on us ,went back to his conversation,so we left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE,STOP HIRING KIDS TO DO ADULT JOBS.
Went there to eat tonight with my girlfriend and daughter. First off, after we were seated no one took our order for about 15-20 minutes. There was maybe 2 other tables seated... Should have just left. Now the real problem, the food and iced tea. I got the chicken salad club sandwich. There was no bacon.The weirdest, saltiest and grossest chicken salad I have ever experienced. Luckily there was almost none on sandwich. My girlfriend got a buffalo chicken salad. The chickens texture was that of a soggy sponge, soaked in buffalo sauce. Not great. To top it all off the iced tea tasted like it was fermented and like it was kept in a moldy container. At least my sprite was fine so we could share a drink. Would never recommend going here.
Went there tonight and first of all we waited to be seated and there were people just standing around doing nothing. Then after we got our drinks and appetizer my boyfriend saw a mouse run under a booth near us. I wanted to just walk out but we had already ordered our food. My stomach turned and I couldn't even eat all my food I was so disgusted. The waitress never asked how anything was she just brought the bill at the end. So needless to say I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place ever again!!!! If there are mice in the restaurant in plain site, how many are in the back running around or in our food!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not go there, do not recommend!!!!! Stay away!!!
I used to love this place, but it sure has gone down hill. The manager was such a sources. And the way she treated her staff was ridiculous and humiliating.
it's interesting that there have been no reviews in 2022. I wonder if it's due to bad management. The manager at 7 pm on the 23rd of April had a very sour disposition. She talked down to the wait staff and customers. She never even smiled once. Just walked up and down. I used to love this place, not so much now. I ordered 3 super Sundays. Not too super any more. 4 scoops of ice cream? They changed the size of the scooper to extra small, so that the amount of ice cream was more like two scoops. and at $7.99 each, it certainly was a rip off.They need a complete make over.
Stopped for ice cream after a play at Bristol Community College. The ice cream was great, but the fun we had with the NCstaff was better still. Jalyn, Skylar and (awesome eye lashes - never got her name) kept us in stitches as we enjoyed our dessert. Three talented young women who are surely going places - exuding confidence and EQ!
I don't know what is going on with your Ice cream, but the past few times I brought Ice Cream home, it has a wierd, sandy texture. It's so gross. The Ice Cream is melting, and then refreezing. I had them make me a pint today, chocolate chip, same thing. Grainy and sandy. It used to be so much better!!
