The place to go if you want to wait 30-40 mins for food just for it to be completely cold and missing half the stuff. They’re kind enough to put opened sauces in your bag too.
Other night i was waiting for my food a manager was yelling at the Cook and she was Being disrespectful to the employees and customers and yell the the Uber eat driver too because he was asking about the order.
They are so expensive now my gosh breakfast mcmuffins are to pricey and never a deal on them also hasbrowns are to expensive for a billion dollar establishment they should lower there prices same with my favorite sandwich Big Mac to expensive
I should have read reviews beforehand!!!Be far the WORST McD's I've ever visited. I asked for fresh fries if the ones they had were sitting around and soggy and oily. Guy said there would be a 15 min wait if I wanted fresh fries, so I said ok no problem. I was given a very dry. Old smelling sandwich and oily, soggy fires. Btw no owner pride, trash literally all over the parking lot and all trash bins over flowing. Maybe short staffed.NEVER again.
Absolutely terrible! Worst customer service I've experienced. The manager, Ana screwed up our order 3x - had us pull over to park and wait (which we complied). Once the order FINALLYYYY came out 15min later, I went inside to ask for sweet & sour sauce and she had the nerve try and charge me for it. If anything, we should have received a complimentary drink or french fry just for the hassel!! I proceed to tell her how ridiculous she was being, requesting I pay 25¢ ? what a joke..Very unprofessional!! And she was supposedly a MANAGER!!#FireAna
Arrived at 11:31 pm Sat night at the drive thru & waited to place my order for almost 3 minutes only to be told over the intercom that they're closed but yet online they're advertised at closing at 1 a.m. Unfortunately this is a consistent issue with this location & i will NOT be returning to this location. I will take my business elsewhere.
Since the pandemic McDonald's has made it abundantly clear that their only concern is drive thru customers. We have waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. This happens at every McDonald's in this area and there are many. Food never taste fresh and even their french fries are disgusting now. I am definitely NOT lovin' it...

My experience with the service here today was beyond terrible. It is clear that they are hiring anyone off the street. We waited over 40 mins for 2 happy meals, had our food served to someone else, were harassed by an employee who had no social boundaries, the attempted fixed order was incorrect, and an onlooker felt so bad for my kids waiting for their food that she offered us hers!
I've eaten food from there three, or four times. Everytime I swear to never go back, because it's a minimum 20 minutes at the drive thru, and it doesn't matter what time of day.Today after waiting, and being told to pull into a parking space to wait longer is it. How hard us it to put a cheeseburger into a bag of soggy fries? Really, one single quarter pounder with fries, and it wasn't even half decent.
