This place is horrible, I have gone here several times, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Food is always cold, servers are not very pleasant and yesterday paid almost 10.00 for 2 oreo mcflurries with about 1/4 of a spoonful of oreo in them. Will not be going here again. Worth the drive to McDonald's near the Harbor Mall!

Staff ignored me and I left. I stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes. No one else in line. A worker was 6 ft from me, doing something at front counter. No one acknowledged me or said be right with you. I gave up and left without ordering.
came thru drive thru and recently my mind was changed with the better service but this evening just kinda flipped it back.
After many times going here today 04/06/22 i got home to find out they gave me a double quarter pounder whit 1 meat still raw on the inside
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Everytime I go here there is a problem. This time I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 burritos I get home I'm missing my 2 sandwiches. The last time I order chicken nuggets for the kids I asked for sweet n sour they said it's in yhe bag which I already checked. She basically called me a liar and I had to hand her the bag for her to look. I'll go to a different location from now on.
This place is basically a joke. Waited 20 minutes for food at the drive through after being asked to pull over to the side. We get asked our order not once, but twice since they brought out the wrong order. Then we get our actual food finally and I get a medium fry when I ordered a large. This is a FAST FOOD restaurant, you would think that they're doing rocket science the way they struggle with a simple order.
I did not have a good experience and this is why, I ordered a mic-flurry and it wasn’t even filled to the cup line like come on I’m paying 3 something for this and the least they can do is fill it. That was not the only thing that went wrong the cashier dropped my change and it’s not like I could just pick it up because I was in the drive thru but she didn’t even say sorry she said O, like if ur gonna work in the fast food industry make sure you have respect for other people before you decide to work.
Given sausage egg & cheese McGriddles w/no egg - can’t contact store number says it is out of service- nothing like your breakfast getting ruined
The morning crew is OK. At any rate better than the President Ave McD'sFood is hot and made quickly.
