McDonald's. MehI ordered breakfast on the McDonald's app. Walked in as instructed. Staff struggled with process. They finally figured it out. Cleanliness lacking. Lack of trash bins outside of store. App deal was decent. $1.00 for an egg mcmuffin. But dang, they've shrunk in size. "Sliders."
I understand with staffing shortages, but I had to wait for our order through the drive thru also the fries were cold.
Went there because I filled out a job application. And they wanted me to come in but the text app never answered me back.So I went in and got told they would get back to me if they need me.After I got told to come in for a interview. And the manager I talked to had a additude as if it was my fault the person texting me didn't clarify if the time I was able to be there was good for them. Fair to say I will never apply there again with the unprofessional management that is running the business.
Food was okay I unfortunately was missing a few items I asked for ketchup & extra pickles on cheeseburger & got neither so I couldn't even eat my cheeseburger but I should have checked before driving away even though you shouldn't have to check your food at all....Didnt get my French frie(s)....nor did I get the extra bacon that I paid extra for on my McChicken.... :( I was pretty sad.... The girl taking the orders seemed so blah when i pulled up to the speaker she said "What can I get you"? I replied, "HI how r u"? She said, "Good what can I get you" so I started to say my order & in the middle of saying it she said, "HOLD ON PLEASE" then came back 6min later and asked me to repeat it all but its all good I guess.....
24 minutes from time on receipt to getting a bag of lukewarm food. Trapped 24 minutes in the drive thru line not even counting the time waiting to place my order(President Ave Fall River MA)Never going back.
love McDonald's would love to use the app at night at President Ave location late at night this is the one that you want to use if you ever go late night on Plymouth Ave location absolutely packed every time sometimes 30 minutes wait ?
I wish I could give it one star. The food is always cold and the crew and managers are always rude. Doesn’t matter what day or time. I’ve tried all different days and times. Ahh well good bye
Everything about this place has been horrible for years it's unfortunate that if I need something quick it's one of the few closest places. Usually fine in the morning but any other time of day it's abysmal. I had to put this review forward since I'm only halfway through a line and trapped in it for the past 22 minutes. This is a regular occurrence here. I can't imagine what's going on inside for this kind of backup constantly over the years. I added a picture of the wonderful sandwich I got with the cold french fries.
Ordered food on the app. Drove 20 minutes from Dartmouth to this location, pulled up to the drive-thru,Was there for 5 minutes and nobody spoke on the intercom. Drove up to all three pick up windows and nobody was inside. So much for a 24 hour McDonalds ?
Did not stay to order place was dirty, very dirty every where
