Well I just left the donkin on brayton ave and the miss queen lady at drive thru … has a nasty attitude with me!!! So I told her right were to go.. there is no need for the attitude iff you are having a bad day keep it to your self and I will be calling corporate tomorrow
Asked for a dozen assorted munchkins, everything but jelly and Boston creme and she repeated the order back to me word for word then gave me a dozen jelly
50/50 shot if you order decaf that it will actually be decaf. New interior is gorgeous but staff is new and undertrained. Still a staple of my mornings.
Needed to use the restroom but the restroom was "closed early so that we don't have to keep cleaning it" was told by one of the workers. Not only is it inhumane to do that its irresponsible and unwelcoming. Having and maintaining restrooms is a part of owning a restaurant, you can't have one with out the othet unfortunately without getting more reviews like this.
They were extremely busy, the workers were doing thier best and probably would've been able to do better if they weren't dealing with ignorant customers complaining about having to wait for their orders or if people weren't taking the wrong items from the pick up counter. The ladies at this Dunkin are always super busy yet always are friendly and courteous
They never give me a straw with whatever drink I get so I need to go back home and grab my own
Asked for a bagel with cream cheese on it and this is what I got. Not even enough to fully cover one side. My snackin bacon was also cold. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.
As far as Dunkin's go, this place is one of the better ones but not always.
Got both my order and my coffee wrong. But, they fixed it.
Good Customer Service and fast Drive-thur but Always has aleast one thing wrong on my orders
